HR&GA Superintendent

Position: HR&GA Superintendent (4 vacant)

Location: Pulau Obi, Maluku Utara

Qualification :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 10 Year(s) of working experience as HR & GA in mining or smelter industry is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Well-known about UU 13 Tahun 2003 and UU Cipta Kerja, Compensation and Benefit, Recruitment, Industrial Relation, and General Affair.
• Having leadership and good management skill, able to work independently, able to work under pressure, and initiative.
• Willing to be placed in Pulau Obi, Maluku Utara with roster 9 weeks onsite + 2 weeks off.
