Currently Merdeka Copper Gold is seeking suitable candidates as an

Industrial Relations Intern (Code: IR – Intern) 

Responsibilities:

• Developing Industrial Relations strategies, policies, and practices.
• Carrying out administrative duties related to obtaining administrative and legal documents for expatriates (RPTKA, Visas, Work Permits).
• Ensuring all Industrial Relations documents issued are following the regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
