We are now looking for Shift Supervisor to join our site in Oecusee - Timor Leste. The position is a permanent opportunity.

What will you be doing:

As Shift Supervisor,

your work will focus on these accountabilities:

• Supervise and Implement all operational activities in the Power Plant to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operations.
• Checks and monitors operating parameters and ensure that they are within limits. Initiates corrective and preventive actions on abnormalities.
• Implementation of Quality, Environment, Health & Safety (QEHS) and Housekeeping programs & policies.
• Close coordination with other Shift Supervisor including Customer on daily production and load schedules.
• Coordinates all maintenance activities with Maintenance Supervisor.
• Prepares Work Order requests and Operations records.
• Monitors and ensures quality of cooling water, lube oil and fuel is maintained.
• Prepares completely and accurate operations records and reports.

You will shine in this role, when you have OR To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

• Have a minimum Diploma in Engineering / Bachelor degree will be advantadge
• Have experience in power plant operation for 3-5 years
• Willing to be stationed in Oecusee, Timor Leste
