Job Description

1. Manage multiple challenging projects.
2. Assess current state and define business solutions.
3. Analyze and propose business needs.
4. Facilitate discussions to gather confirmation on requirements / use cases / scenarios.
5. Interact with various teams across energy and resources businesses.

Requirements:

1. Hold Bachelor Degree (Min. GPA 3) or Master Degree (Min, GPA 3.25) in the Engineering majors - Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical engineering Geology Engineering, Mining Engineering, and similar majors.
2. Preferably have work experiences max. 2 years in relevant field - fresh graduate engineers who have high genuine interest in engineering field are most welcomed.
3. Max. age 28 years old by end of Dec 2022.
4. High performing talents with self-drive and passion to learn and become a leader.
5. Able to quickly adapt to new professional collaborative environments, deal with flexibility, take initiatives, and achieve the goals set up.
6. Fluent in English (both speaking & writing)

Requirements

• Has experiences from Mining Industry, Renewable Energy Industry, or similar industries
