T&I Manager

We are urgently looking for

T&I Manager

Requirements:

• S1 in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Experiences in offshore oil and gas company
• Min. 7 years worked at the same position
• Have a good knowledge on T&I offshore operation and engineering
• Have a Sound Offshore Technical knowledge, Operational knowledge, Client interface/ handling, Project Management experience
• Fluent in English
• Good at problem solving, independent and selfdriving, teamwork, and good leadership

Responsibilities:

• Managing, planning, scheduling, and installation supervision of fixed offshore oil and gas platforms, submarine pipelines, and SURF
• Actively promote and ensure all procedures, subordinates and subcontractors comply with HSE policies
• Preparation of project specific Hazard Identification studies and Job Safety Analysis as required for the particular offshore campaign
• Reviewing Project Safety Plan and ensuring that that they are communicated to the right parties and implemented successfully
• Ensuring adequate engineering personnel and equipment resources are assigned to operations
• Manage project Field Engineers to develop installation procedures including drawing
• Coordinate with engineering in house and subcontractor for development of T&I engineering required
• Develop the scope of work for subcontract service required to perform T&I work
• Assist in the award of subcontracts and then coordinate same with subcontract department i.e when applicable S&P, ROV, Grouting, Pile Monitoring, MWS, Field Joint Coating, Dredging, free span correction, diving, DSV etc
• Advise design engineers of Offshore Operations requirements with regards to installation aids, installation methods and installation criteria during the design phase of the project
• Ensure safety of personnel, equipment and property
• Project Planning (crew levels, barge movements, marine vessel movements, materials, logistics etc)
• Responsible for offshore preparation mobilization
• Responsible for logistic management preparation and during offshore campaign
• Identifying and reserving the right equipments for the job
• Develop, review and manage offshore schedule
• Ensure project meets Quality requirements
• Liaison with Client, Fabrication Yard and Subcontractors to achieve all project requirements
• Resolve any technical problems that arise during offshore installation and assist in any corrective action that is required
• Issuing and maintaining offshore schedule for operations and advising concerned departments
• Review invoice received from vendors and subcontractors for errors or missions of work performed or materials supplied
• Provide or coordinate input to tender process as required
