Position:
Recruitment Analyst
Work Location: Head Office, Jakarta
The position is a twelve-months contract under outsourcing company. The successful candidate will work on Head Office, Jakarta.
Purpose of the Role:
The Recruitment Analyst responsibilities including identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, performing reference check, prepare employment offer, filing paperwork, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation.
Accountabilities:
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Screening resumes.
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
- Administering appropriate company assessments.
- Performing reference and background checks.
- Making recommendations to company hiring managers.
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
- Following up on the interview process status.
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.
- Staying current on the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and the prevailing law regarding employment practices.
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology or equivalent
- 5 years or working experiences in the same position
- The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
- Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
- The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good in English is a must
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good decision-making skills.
- A working knowledge of employment law and legislation.

Sr. Project Financial Evaluation Analyst
Work Location: Head Office, Jakarta
The position is a twelve-months contract under outsourcing company. The successful candidate will work on Head Office, Jakarta.
Purpose of the Role:
Prepare, assess, evaluate, and provide recommendation from financial and business evaluation on the Company Greenfield and Brownfield project and other projects in the APAC region to facilitate the company study decision.
Accountabilities:
- Ensure proper and sound financial and business evaluation of the company greenfield and brownfield projects and other projects in the APAC region to facilitate the company study decision. The evaluation includes comprehensive identification and assessment of potential financial and tax risks, cost estimate of Capex and Opex, so that best decision can be made on the progression of studies in the portfolio.
- Responsible for ensuring capital cost and operating cost estimate are following the standard procedure and system for project planning and schedule, with proper WBS structure as stated in in SPE.
- Support Project Services to lead the coordination of preparation and submission of the company study budgets.
- To be part of joint team in evaluating analysis required for Term Sheet negotiation with partners for Greenfield Project developments.
- Demonstrate to the company management that all significant financial exposures have been identified and are reflected in the financial evaluation.
- Ensure the financial evaluation quality and methodology is aligned with PT VEI's policies and standards.
- Provide financial and business evaluation of all major and strategic projects, providing management with insights and recommendations to effectively make decision.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or equivalent.
- 5 years or working experiences in the same position.
- Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Must have good attention to details;
- Good working ethics and ability to treat documents with confidentiality;
- Ability to work effectively within a team setting and to provide leadership when required to do so.
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal;
- Excellent time management and ability to work to deadlines is essential
- Awareness of risk management concepts is preferred
- Work simultaneously with a multiple large project and with different professionals backgrounds.
- Complicated project activities and every project has their specific characteristic and time constraint.
- Coordination and communication with other position in the company and contractors or consultants to get all data as required faster and reliable to control the planning and schedule.
- Working with teams in various locations and time zones
