REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor Degree from Industrial Psychology / Industrial Management / Industrial Engineering from Reputable University
2. Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0
3. Having Experience min. 3 years at HR GA/ HR Generalist/ HCA Coordinator (Experience at Mining Industry is a plus)
4. Having Excellent Communication Skill and People Oriented
5. Current Knowledge of Effective Learning and Development Methods also Performance
6. Appraisal and Job Analyst
7. Proficient at Microsoft Office
8. Detail Oriented
9. Willing to Travel

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for Human Capital Administration, Analyst and Report
2. Support, Learning and Development Strategies and Programs
3. Support, Individual Evaluation and Organizational Development Needs
4. Giving Idea for People Development Strategical
5. Support and Responsible for GA Report to HCA Head
6. Building Relationship with the Government due to Labor law at Company and Branch Location
