General Affair Officer
Monitor and coordinate all camp activities to ensure camp services are performed in a technically correct and efficient manner, conform with company's standard and pollaes
Assignment at Petrosea Levee Project, Timika.
Job Description
Monitor and coordinate all camp activities to ensure camp services are performed in a technically correct and efficient manner, conform to company’s standard and policies.
Requirements
- Min Diploma degree, preferably mechanical background.
- Min 4 years’ experience in Camp Services.
- Familiar with handling camp operations.
- Fluent in English.
- Proactive safety attitude.
Job Description
- Ensure all camp facilities are ready, completed and in good condition prior to residents check-in.
- Responsible to arrange accommodation for all employees based on company regulation.
- Keep up good maintenance, update list registered camp asset and monitor camp consumable material.
- Ensure all catering company duties has been done comply to agreement including supply meal, camp service, etc. on daily basis.
- Coordinate with caterer to case up residents and non-resident complain.
- Ensure all camp areas (such as bedroom meshall, toilet, rechall, mosque, park area) are tidy, safe, and clean.
- Reconcile total man-days, meal casual, other materials with catering company based on daily weekly and monthly.
- Responsible to arrange transported employee come in/out site.
- Ensure the electricity needs at the camp are met.
- Perform maintenance of AC accordance with applicable procedures.
- Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.
