Currently PT. Batutua Tembaga Raya (Merdeka Copper Gold Group) is seeking suitable candidates as a 

Sr. Supervisor Security (Code: SSS).

Overview:
Implements the Company Security Policy, Security Management Plan and site specific security plans for PT Batutua Tembaga Raya/PT Batutua Kharisma Permai in Wetar and ensures consistently high physical security standards and disciplined procedures to protect Company people and assets. Effectively resolves challenging security issues and communicates effectively to work force, management and community deliberate resolution strategies.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in any major.
2. At least 10 years of security supervisory experience with at least 3 years experience in the extractive mining or oil and gas industry.
3. Fluent English language capability - written and spoken.
4. Training and experience in intelligence and investigation.
5. Expertise, knowledge and skill to supervise a group of employees.
6. Expertise knowledge and skills in Health, Environment and Safety for mining sector.
7. Strong computer skills (min. MS Office).
8. Hold Security Management Certification.
9. Willing to be placed in Site Wetar Island, Maluku, with roster scheme 4 weeks on site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accomodated as far as PoH).

FIXED PLANT MAINTENANCE TRAINER (Kode: FMT)

Adapun requirementnya:

1. Memiliki pengalaman di Fixed Maintenance di perusahaan tambang minimal 3 tahun.
2. Memiliki dasar/pengalaman dalam me-maintain Pump, Compressor, Blower, Conveyor, Crusher, Electric HV, Tower Lamp, Genset, etc.
3. Memiliki pengalaman sebagai trainer dan sertifikat ToT.
4. Jika anda berprofesi sebagai Mobile Maintenance Trainer (Trainer alat berat) dan ada unit Fixed di atas yang juga diajarkan, mohon cantumkan dalam CV anda.
5. Bersedia untuk penempatan di site Pulau Wetar, Maluku dengan sistem roster 4:2.
