Site Manager

PT. TIMAS SUPLINDO (Timas) is an Engineering and Construction company which has attained ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Certification, for the scope of Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Testing, Commissioning and Project Management.

PT. TIMAS SUPLINDO established since 1992 with supported professional experts and able resources. Our existence and achievement over the past 20 years has enriched us with the experience, knowledge, and the capability to overcome any challenge, obstacles and barriers in many EPC oil and gas (offshore and onshore) projects.

PT Timas Suplindo - Onshore Division, urgently looking for highly qualified, talented, dynamic, productive and independent personnel to fill in the challenging position:

Site Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor the progress and report back to the client or client's representatives, ensure the safety of the team and site workers and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
• Overseeing operations of the whole site on a day-to-day basis and that a project comes in on time and in budget
• Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project (or a package), ensuring that the client's specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs

Requirement:

• Min. Bachelor Degree of Civil/Mechanical Engineer
• Minimum 10 year experiences as a Site Manager, more or less 7 years handle Project in Oil and Gas (EPCIC - Onshore Division)
• Good command in English both written and spoken
• Familiar with Ms. Project
• Ready to face high pressure jobs, strong analytical.
• Analytical, systematic, problem solving, strong communication skills and high attention to detail

Project Manager

Requirement :

• Min. Bachelor Degree of Civil/Mechanical Engineer
• Minimum 15 year experiences with the same position, more or less 10 years handle Project in EPCI or Fabrication Company
• Strong communication skill, good listening skill, good presentation skill
• Able to leading teams and project successfully
• Good command in English both written and spoken
