GA and Logistic Coordinator Regional

REQUIREMENTS

• The candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 4 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably with experience in purchasing, logistics, and general affairs (housekeeping, vehicle, building renovation).
• Have good analytical and strong leadership skills.
• Work location : Samarinda, East Kalimantan.
• Set the GA, Procurement & Logistics work plan which is in line with the agreed branch work program in order to support company operational activities
• Prepare all documentation relating to the management company's licensing activities to support the smooth operation of the company
• Analyze the total needs and inventory of goods and assets in the branch. Then monitor the fulfillment of stock-taking periodically.
• Oversee the distribution and receipt of goods carried out at branch offices.
• Manage and maintain the usage of operational vehicles.
• Compile and report periodically of the Head of Branch.
• Monitoring service providers for office facilities and work processes for general staff (such as cleaning services, security, receptionist).
