Qualification:
- Maximal 40 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree majoring in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of work experience or 4 year(s) in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience with tax reporting & tax audit
- Experience with Tax objections & tax compliance
- Familiar with taxation calculation and having experience in brevet A &B is preferable.
- Familiar with PPN and PPH 15, 21, 23.
- Able to prepare SPT, maintain E-SPT and able to deal with tax office alone
- Up to date about Taxation policies and problems.
- Discipline, accurate, loyal & punctual
- Must be honest, active, excellent organizational skill and ability to determine priorities.
- Self motivated and be capable of working under pressure and have ability to meet deadlines
HR GENERALIST SUPERVISOR
Qualification:
- Maximal 40 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Department, or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of work experience or 3 year(s) in the related field is required for this position.
- Having knowledge about recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, BPJS procedure, organizational training, training and development, industrial relations, performance management, HRIS, and general affairs.
- Have good communication and Leadership skills.
- Able to operate Microsoft Office (Ms. Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Self motivated and be capable of working under pressure and have ability to meet deadlines.
Legal Supervisor
Qualification:
- Maximum 40 years old
- Having minimal 5 years experience in Legal/Corporate Secretary
- At least 3 years of working experience with same position
- Bachelor Degree in Law (Preferably Master Degree from reputable university)
- Good knowledge of corporate law including regulations and document preparation. litigation, and contract negotiation
- Having the experience to organize general shareholder meeting and public
- Expose, also reviewing annual report
- Having good relation with the government, notary, lawyer, and third parties
- Having ability to be given and perform high-quality work within tight deadlines
Compensation and Benefit Supervisor
Job Description
Role & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for end to end payroll process.
- Handle compensation, benefit employee by system and manual.
- Having knowledge about income tax (PPh Pasal 21), Salary Structure, Labor low, Actuary, BPJS, Insurance.
- Ensure all payroll payment transactions are processed efficiently.
Qualification:
- Responsible for end to end payroll process.
- Maximum 30 years old.
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance (Preferably from reputable University).
- Having minimal 3-5 years experience in the related field in required for this position.
- Required skills: Payroll, BPJS Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan, PPh 21, UU Cipta Kerja, and Familiar with HR Information System is a must.
- Proficient using Ms. Excel (Intermediate/advanced level) & experience in using payroll software.
- Preferably have an experience in the field of accounting/finance or equivalent.
- Willing to be agile, work under pressure, and tight deadline.
- Willing to be work overtime and public holidays/Saturday/Monday.
