TAX SUPERVISOR

Qualification:

  1. Maximal 40 years old
  2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree majoring in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  3. At least 5 year(s) of work experience or 4 year(s) in the related field is required for this position.
  4. Experience with tax reporting & tax audit
  5. Experience with Tax objections & tax compliance
  6. Familiar with taxation calculation and having experience in brevet A &B is preferable.
  7. Familiar with PPN and PPH 15, 21, 23.
  8. Able to prepare SPT, maintain E-SPT and able to deal with tax office alone
  9. Up to date about Taxation policies and problems.
  10. Discipline, accurate, loyal & punctual
  11. Must be honest, active, excellent organizational skill and ability to determine priorities.
  12. Self motivated and be capable of working under pressure and have ability to meet deadlines

 

HR GENERALIST SUPERVISOR

Qualification:

  1. Maximal 40 years old
  2. Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Department, or equivalent.
  3. At least 5 year(s) of work experience or 3 year(s) in the related field is required for this position.
  4. Having knowledge about recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, BPJS procedure, organizational training, training and development, industrial relations, performance management, HRIS, and general affairs.
  5. Have good communication and Leadership skills.
  6. Able to operate Microsoft Office (Ms. Outlook, Word and Excel)
  7. Self motivated and be capable of working under pressure and have ability to meet deadlines.

 

Legal Supervisor

Qualification:

  1. Maximum 40 years old
  2. Having minimal 5 years experience in Legal/Corporate Secretary
  3. At least 3 years of working experience with same position
  4. Bachelor Degree in Law (Preferably Master Degree from reputable university)
  5. Good knowledge of corporate law including regulations and document preparation. litigation, and contract negotiation
  6. Having the experience to organize general shareholder meeting and public 
  7. Expose, also reviewing annual report
  8. Having good relation with the government, notary, lawyer, and third parties
  9. Having ability to be given and perform high-quality work within tight deadlines

 

Compensation and Benefit Supervisor

Job Description
Role & Responsibilities :

  1. Responsible for end to end payroll process.
  2. Handle compensation, benefit employee by system and manual.
  3. Having knowledge about income tax (PPh Pasal 21), Salary Structure, Labor low, Actuary, BPJS, Insurance.
  4. Ensure all payroll payment transactions are processed efficiently.

Qualification:

  1. Responsible for end to end payroll process.
  2. Maximum 30 years old.
  3. Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance (Preferably from reputable University).
  4. Having minimal 3-5 years experience in the related field in required for this position.
  5. Required skills: Payroll, BPJS Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan, PPh 21, UU Cipta Kerja, and Familiar with HR Information System is a must.
  6. Proficient using Ms. Excel (Intermediate/advanced level) & experience in using payroll software.
  7. Preferably have an experience in the field of accounting/finance or equivalent.
  8. Willing to be agile, work under pressure, and tight deadline.
  9. Willing to be work overtime and public holidays/Saturday/Monday.
