Engineer Geotechnical (926818)

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Ensure the procedure of coal mining is well implemented and maximize recovery in the most cost-efficient manner, while ensuring a safe professional environment
- Provide technical support for mine planning and operation activities to meet the target
- Ensure environmental performances are meeting the target set by project
- Actively contribute to a positive teamwork and environment at all times
- Communicate openly and honestly provide technical support for mine planning and operation activities to meet the target
What skills and experience do you need?
- Engineering Degree, preferably from Geology/Geotechnical or Mining Engineering
- Minimum 2 years ox experience as Geotechincal Engineer, and 1 year as Geologist
- Previous management and supervisory experience
- Literacy in IT software such as Excel and estimating software
- An awareness of mine operator regulatory requirements. Knowledge of mining principles, drill & blast design and concepts.
- Able to communicate in English is a must both written and verbal.
Senior Engineer Mine Planning (926819)

In this role you will:
- In collaboration with Geologist; coordinate, control, communicate, and ensure coal getting process and inventory to maximize recovery and eliminate contamination
- In collaboration with Geotechnical Engineer; coordinate, control, communicate, and ensure the field progress in accordance with the design / plan and geotechnical recommendation
- In collaboration with Geotechnical Engineer; provide and ensure all the design / plan are used has been analyzed geotechnical
- In collaboration with Drill & Blast Engineer; ensure all design has been discussed for design safe, cost effective blast pattern ahead of time related to mine design and schedule
- In collaboration with Environmental Staff; assist, prepare, and ensure all environmental plan, requirement, and cost effective are incorporated in the mine design and schedule
- Identify, develop, and present computerized 3D of the various mine design options, the best option of a particular scenario, and other miscellaneous in short-term / mid-term basis for the internal organization and clients
- Define and develop the schedule parameter and database including the resources of the time and equipment for the mine
- Prepare, develop, and present all plan including mine design, scheduling, haulage profile, and dewatering in short-term basis for the internal organization and clients
- Ensure, evaluate, and improve all the plan including design & schedule are well implemented and up to date with the factual condition
- Ensure each other conformity between mine planning and mine activity
What skills and experience do you need?
- Engineering Degree preferred from Mining/ Geology/ Civil with minimum 5 years' experience in Open Pit Mining; 5 years' experience in similar role in managing mine planning, designs and Environmental;
- Understanding Mine Design Concept and Mine Software; depth understanding on Coal Mining Operation; understanding People Management; have Supervisory level 1 (Pratama) certification (preferred)
- Strong Leadership and Communication Skill, hold people's accountability; Has strong and depth Analysis skill; able to work under deadlines, be fast paced and mobile, have strong motivation, organize and provide direction to employees; good team work; proficient in English skills both oral and written (business Writing); Demonstrate High Impact Presentation Skill;
Paramedic (Contract Based) (926820)

In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement Occupational Health at Site
- Providing medical Info for safety talk (health Talk) and notice board
- Monitoring and following up injury management, rehabilitation and hygiene inspection and food sanitation at catering provider then report to management
- Providing medical evacuation drill, Emergency Management Plan, Conducting First Aid training and organize Emergency Rescue Team.
- Conducting Training on medical first response and rescue to all team members
- Facilitating investigation process and able to determine direct cause, contributing factors and monitor implementation of action plan
- Facilitating implementation of the project health and safety improvement plan
- Support safety administration/input safety implementation safety system to synergy
- Conduct General Safety Induction & Visitor Induction
- Record all first aid kit for all areas
- Attending daily toolbox/safety talk meeting to all areas to ensure fatigue sleep records.
- Follow up High Risk employees every month
- Making Hazard Report and SBO every month
- Conducting Fit for work training for new employees and fit for work refreshing training (if needed).
- Maintaining accurate safety records to be available for auditing
What skills and experience do you need?
- Minimum degree in Nursing (Diploma)
- At least 5 years experiences as first aid
- Have competency and skill based on emergency response specific case
- Team building sessions conducted. Actions addressed.

EOI - Manager Stakeholder Engagement (926817)

In this role, you will:
- Develop, lead, implement and evaluate stakeholder mapping and community risk factors for all sites
- Develop, lead, implement and evaluate stakeholder engagement activities for all sites
- Lead advocacy effort on behalf of the company, including liasing with local community, government, people representative, national/regional police, and relevant NGOs in all sites
- Ensure minimum interruptions/disturbance to all site operations, maintain and strengthen engagement to local community, government, people representative as well as all relevant parties (including NGO)
- Maintain team performance
- Provide regular feedback and mentor the growth and development of direct reports
- Involve in annual assessment process and proactively seek for development plans
- Ensure development plan is available for team members so that they keep up with required skills and competencies for current and future roles
- Engage in succession and development planning to build talent pipeline
- Communicate team and individual progress and achievement of results using a variety of methods
What skills and experience do you need?
- Minimum hold a bachelor's degree in Management or Administration skills
- Preferably hold additional qualification/certification relevant to the position, i.e. Industrial Relations Certificate, Professional Administration, Disaster Recovery/ Business Contingency Planning
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in complementary roles such as HR, Community, External Affairs, including HSE management and/or the Budget/Cost Control processes
- Preferably has extensive understanding and exposure to mining/construction sector, including proven network with/on community, government, national/regional police, people representative, and NGO
- Masterful understanding, lobbying, and negotiation with government, regulatory and community regarding various site licenses, including but not limited to social/political/ other emergent requirements
- High level proficiency in written and verbal communication skills, including the use of English and other languages spoken in/around the sites
EOI - Superintendent Recruitment (926816)

In this role, you will:
- Manage the applicant tracking and recruitment database
- Review the incoming Personnel Request Form (PRF) and its requirements for pre-recruitment process
- Manage the customer and oversee all recruitment (except for local hire unless assistance is requsted) for senior level in a nominated project site and/or office
- Control and monitor the preparation of recruitment report to ensure the accuration of recruitment report
- Guide and monitor the integration process of newly recruits to assist them in their adaptation's with company's environment
