Field Trainee Engineer

Minimum Requirement:

• Indonesian citizen, Min. Bachelor Degree in Civil/Mechanical Architect Engineering - Fresh Graduate from reputable University
• Min. GPA 3.30 out of 4.00
• Has a good communication, teamwork and interpersonal skill
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
• Able to work with a dynamic and multi-cultural work environment
• willing to be placed offshore (ship) 3-6 months and site area
• immediate availability

 

Electrical Commissioning engineer

Minimum Requirement:

• Diploma minimum requirement in Electrical Engineering qualification with significant experience in the design, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning of electrical equipment/systems in the upstream or downstream Oil & Gas facilities and with proven leadership capability.
• Skilled in electrical equipment/systems pre-commissioning and commissioning planning and execution and capable of overseeing embedment of Flawless Start Up initiatives in projects.
• Conversant in local and international electrical standards, codes and practices
• Experience in computerized Project Completion and Certification System (TRIDENT CMS as preferably)
• Experience in EPCI Contract management.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with good communications skills are essential.
• Thorough understanding of the risks and the technical/commercial issues associated with the development of oil and gas projects and operation of such plants/facilities.
• Significant completion and commissioning experience Minimum 7 years' experience

 

Instrument And  Control System And Telecom Commissioning Engineer

Job Description:

• Assist the Lead Engineer and conduct the project works on site during commissioning period
• Perform Testing, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning of FPU systems at site
• Review and apparoved the commissioning procedures as per project documentation provided.
• Execute/Monitoring the commissioning procedures as per project documentation provided
• Participate in ICSS system test, Pre-comm & commissioning of the Marine and Topside ICSS system
• Participate in Metering system testing & Pre-comm and Commissioning
• Participate in Field instrument and Fire & Gas testing & Pre-comm and Commissioning
• Complete the Pre-comm ITR (Inspection & Test Requirements) activities.
• Participate in technical meetings and handle discussions with client engineers on site
• Provide daily, on-site/in-field leadership, coordination and management of a multi-discipline team of instrument commissioning leads and technicians
• Liaise with Construction/Mechanical Completion groups on a daily basis
• Supervise the Instrument Commissioning Team in meeting scheduled deadlines and ensuring the technical integrity of work carried out
• Manage the completion of walk-downs and Punch Lists of offered system/sub-systems
• Manage instrumentation/automation vendor support during the commissioning phase for the assigned systems
• Ensure all documentation; tools, consumables and equipment are available to perform work scope
• Ensure all documentation; tools, consumables and equipment are available to perform work scope
• Ensure Technicians work is carried out in a safe and controlled manner in accordance with site procedures and PTW system
• Coordination of Certifying Authority witnessing on site
• Coordination of functional testing of commissioned systems and engaging the Operations Team when and where needed
• Provide Operations with technical support throughout start-up, stabilization and performance testing
• Coordinate activities with other departments and staff
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with direct supervision and other departments
• Maintain the as-built drawing during the pre-comm and commissioning stages of the project.

 

Piping Commissioning engineer

Minimum Requirement:

• Diploma minimum requirement in Mechanical Engineering qualification with significant experience in the design, construction, pre-commissioning and
• Commissioning of electrical equipment/systems in the upstream or downstream Oil & Gas facilities and with proven leadership capability.
• Skilled in electrical equipment/systems pre-commissioning and commissioning planning and execution and capable of overseeing embedment of Flawless Start Up initiatives in projects.
• Conversant in local and international electrical standards, codes and practices
• Experience in computerized Project Completion and Certification System (TRIDENT CMS as preferably)
• Experience in EPCI Contract management.
