We are looking for

Pipeline Engineer - T&I Project Engineering

Requirements:

1. Bachelor in Engineering (Offshore engineering, mechanical, naval architect)
2. Experiences in offshore oil and gas company
3. Min. 7 years experiences for offshore engineering installation
4. Min. 5 years worked as pipeline engineer for installation
5. Good knowledge on T&I engineering for both pipelines and platform
6. Have a Sound Offshore Technical knowledge, Operational knowledge, Client interface/ handling, Project Management experience
7. Fluent in English

Responsibilities:

• Managing, planning, scheduling, technical lead for fixed offshore oil and gas platforms, submarine pipelines, and SURF to lead T&I engineering in project or tender
• Define project engineering scope of work, deliverables and requirement, based on contract scope of work, relevant to Company specification and other governing documents
• Establish a design basis for all disciplines at the start of a project, including a common engineering area where all documentation, specification and other relevant design documents are coordinate
• Responsible for solving any engineering issues that comes up in a project
• Plan and implement the engineering activities on project and tender according to project execution model
• Proposing budgeting to support tender/project, develop scope/MDR & evaluate man hours if any engineering to be subcontracted
• Lead, coordinate and manage the lead discipline, the discipline groups and the engineering deliverables quality level to avoid non-value-added work to optimize man hours spent on projects
• Ensuring adequate engineering personnel (Scheduling staff assignments, supervising engineer performing tasks)
• Ensure the safe, effective and successful implementation and delivery of engineering projects related to T&I engineering scope
• Developing system, engineering standard calculation, analysis, review and audit 
• Coordinate /interface with other discipline DDE platform, subcontractor engineering for required deliverable T&I engineering
• Conduct constructability reviews with Installation manager, superintendent, HOD T&I, project management team
• Establish and maintain interface control register, change control register with lead engineer assign on project and identify, develop variation order to customer in liaison with PM to recover additional project cost as a result of scope increase/change driven by client
• Review MTO /engineering deliverable ensure that the quantities are within budget and any changes are documented
• Bring to attention of necessary parties, any problems, assistance or matter that may affect to quality, deadlines or cost
• Interface with subcontractor, ,suppliers and vendor for completion of T&I engineering activities
• Visit yard or offshore during construction and understand improvement needed in design
• Maintain quality documentation and report any non-compliances for process improvement
