PT Harapan Abadi Lestari (PT HAL), is a Manpower Services Company. Currently PT HAL is looking for proficient and highly motivated individual to fill this following position for on one of Geothermal Project at Sumatera:

Warehouse Supervisor

Location : Site, North Sumatera
Vacancy : 1 (one) position
Job Description:

1. Coordinate warehouse activities which include receiving, issuing materials and also material storage in warehouse to support power plant installation;
2. Manage materials related to EPC equipment;
3. Supervising warehouse staff and conduct evaluations of warehouse team performance.

Overall Qualification:

1. Minimum high school graduates or equivalent;
2. Having minimum 3 (three) years experience as a warehouse supervisor, preferable has experience in material management;
3. Understand the warehouse management system and reports;
4. Strong leadership and organizational skills;
5. Able to speak Mandarin (basic to intermediate level), and understand Engineering terms in Mandarin;
6. High motivation and good team work;
7. Good communication and interpersonal skill;
8. Ability to work under pressure and respond to critical deadlines;
9. Able to create report using Microsoft Office Application;
10. Willing to locate in client site at Mandailing Natal — North Sumatera.
