Project Manager
Code Position : PM_Sumbawa
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Mining Engineer or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' experience as Site Manager in Mining, preferable for the Drilling & Blasting Services Company
- Has an experience in HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) Management System
- Strong communication skills to motivate employees, suppliers, internal and external stakeholders and linemanagement,
- Having strong presentation & leadership skills
- Having POM Certificate is a must
- Hold Blasting Competency (KJL) Class II is a must
- Proficient in English
- Willing to be placed at Sumbawa, West Nusa Tenggara
Drill & Blast Supervisor
Code Position : D&B Spv_Sumbawa
Job Requirements:
- Minimum High School Graduate or DIII in any major
- Minimum 5 years experiences as a Drill & Blast Foreman/Supervisor in the area of mining industry
- Hold Blasting Competency (KJL) Class II is a must
- Having POP Certificate
- Understanding applications of drill and blast design
- Willing to be placed at Sumbawa, West Nusa Tenggara
Maintenance Supervisor
Code Position : Maintenance Spv_Sumbawa
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 5 years experience as Maintenance Supervisor, preferable for the Drilling Services Company
- Good communication and Having strong leadership skills
- Having strong presentation & leadership skills

OSP Supervisor

Job Requirements :

- Hold Certificate of SIO Forklift Minerba or Disnaker and SIM B2 License
- Having POP Certificate is a must

Drill Foreman
Code Position : Drill FM_Sumbawa
Job Requirements :
- Minimum Senior High School Degree
- Having knowledge to operate drilling unit
- At least 5 years experiences as Drilling Operator
- Holds SIM B2 and SIM A Driving License
- Having POP Certificate will be advantage

SHE Officer

Mechanic

OSP Operator

Job Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree in Engineering. Master Degree will be advantage / preferable
- Minimum 2 (two) years' experience in Contract or Commercial, preferable for the Blasting or Explosive Company
- Have ability/experience in writing formal/contractual letter in English
- Have experience in quantity measurement activities
- Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Eager to work hard, good teamwork, accountable, good analytical skill, and has knowledge in Mining operation
- Willing to travel to project sites as required.
Legal & Business Support Officer
Code Position : Legal & BS_HO
Job Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree in Law
- Min. 2 years experiences in legal matters (especially in litigation and dispute settlement)
- Experience and strong handle legal dispute (especially in civil, criminal and Industrial Relation case)
- Experience at law firm will be an advantage
- Good communication skill

Technical Services & QC Engineer
Code Position : TS Engineer_All Sites
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering
- At least 3 years' experience as Engineer in Technical Service or Drill and Blast department
- Good communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, as the incumbent is required to communicate with clients
- Computer literacy with reporting experience
- Hold blaster competency (KJL II)
- POP and KJL1 will be advantages
- Familiar with Emulsion Technology
- Understanding of Electronic Detonator System
- Hold a Driver's license; for heavy vehicle would be an advantage
- The incumbent will be required to travel and work in a roster system
- Willing to be placed at all site projects
