RECRUITMENT STAFF

Qualification :

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Psychology
2. Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in- house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong decision-making skills
5. Experience developing recruiting strategy
6. Experience 3 years in the same position

Responsibilities

1. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
2. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
3. Screen candidates resumes and job applications
4. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
5. Placement in Jakarta, and willing to be assigned outside Java
