PMO (Project Management Officer)

The management at Sinar Mas Mining is very active in M&A and currently looking out for the PMO to join our Corporate Strategy Office (CSO) where he/she will assist new projects in our newly acquired companies. Additionally, we will acquire a team member who can adapt quickly and has proven record in turning over operations.

Job Responsibility

1. Manage project end to end to ensure smooth delivery
2. Lead, manage, and responsible for team member or vendor
3. Plan, design, and implement complex solution & projects
4. Engage with vendor, other dept for project sourcing, planning, & budget
5. Perform analytics, research, and benchmark for new initiatives
6. Facing BOD to provide solution & project update

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor degree majoring Management, Finance and IT or any field
2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Good leadership, communication, analytical & solutioning skill - Goal oriented mindset and want to go extra miles
4. Must be proactive, discipline, multi-tasking, good attitude, can work under pressure, willing to learn, and have ownership
5. Deep knowledge in technology & business strategy
6. Full-Time position(s) available
