Senior Site Manager - Indexim Coalindo

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

• Set project timeline
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
• Ensure mining activity initiated and starting “project” as mining contractor and run in year 2021.
• Ensure all required plan and budget properly prepared and presented to the board of director prior to execution
• Ensure system is in-place and properly implemented for all activities onsite to compete with existing mining contractor onsite
• Ensure all supporting services including internal/external properly addressed
• Provide weekly and monthly report/presentation/video/film of the progress onsite to director
• Direct control of departments cost and continuously improving for site cost effective, and develop remuneration package with performance and achievement driven 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Min 20 years’ experience in mining operation, and minimum 5 years’ experience as manager role onsite in recognized company. Experience as owner mining and contractor would be an advantage
• Highly exposed and involved with starting-up mining project onsite, and proven as an operational mine site either owner mining or mining contractor.
• Experienced on the external issue solving both for government, local labor, local community, NGO, etc
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
