PT Semen Grobogan

PT Semen Grobogan is a Cement Company with the head office located in Central Jakarta and the field located in Semarang - Central Java. For assignment in Semarang and ready to be assigned on site. Currently, we are looking for candidates with the following position requirements:

 

Procurement Manager

Responsible for strategizing and negotiating with suppliers and vendors in order to acquire the most cost-effective deals and to reduce procurement expenses.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage purchasing operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage contracting process, bids, procurement, records, renewals in existing system.
  • Maintain procurement records and keep them current according to state standards, review contracts and maintain an efficient central file system for contracts and renewals to assure contract compliance.
  • Manage insurance policies and work with insurance broker, administration of all lines of insurance bids, review with executive team, insurance certificates/liens, records/file, renewals. Develop reports as needed.
  • Partner with senior business leadership on procurement plans to enable business strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum S-1 (any discipline)
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in same position.
  • Good communication skills
  • Able working under pressure.
  • Able working without supervision.
  • Have a good Leadership
  • Willing to place at Grobogan/Semarang- Central Java

General Affairs Manager

Responsibilities

  • Plans, directs organizes and controls the overall activities of General Affairs Section including Employee Services, Safety, Security and Building.
  • Develops teamwork and cooperative efforts among team within General Affairs section and in relation to other department/ section in the organization
  • Ensures safety and well-being of all general affairs members
  • Executes process improvement that enhances quality and cost reduction
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the superiors from time to time.
  • Organizing corporate event

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree,
  • Minimum 5 years experience on same position
  • Having exposure on building maintenance
  • Having high leadership and communication skill
  • Good command of English is a must.
  • Having exposure on corporate event
