Legal & Compliance Specialist

Job Responsibility:

• Provide business as usual commercial and operational legal matters
• Handling all corporate legal and compliance matters (Agreement/Contract/MoU)
• Review regulation, contract agreement, and other supporting document related to corporate legal
• Giving advice or legal opinion to management about all legal compliance aspect of company current business process
• Assuring legal risk management and legal compliance in the company
• Establish contract storage and management system

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree from Law or equivalent
• Min. 5 years of experience in related area, preferably from Coal Mining Industry
• Familiar with Legal Opinion, Legal Document, and Legal Drafting
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and highly organized
• Strong in communication skill
• Placement : Head Office – Jakarta Selatan
