About us :

PT Karya Intan Maksima is an iron sand mining company located in Momujiu Village, Loloda district of North Maluku Province based on Production Operation Mining Business Permit (IUP OP) no 540/68/HU/2012With an area of 2.237 Hectare. Our company was founded on Desember 23th 2019 And continues to grow until today. We are focusing in iron sand mining which is well known that North Maluku has a very abundant source of iron sand.

Karya Intan Maksima's Reserves and Resources has been independently verified and cerified to international 2012 JORC standards as of may 20,2020 , our resource stand at 137.088.763 Ton of which 72,931,788 Ton are classified as reserves. Henceforth, we have a target of producing 4.000.000 - 6.325.000 Ton per year of high quality irond sand. We will also have our own lab in order to maintain the quality of production for our customers.

KTT

Qualifications:

  • Male 35 - 48 Years Old
  • Bachelor degree (S-1) in Mining Engineering/Geology/similar
  • Experience Min. 8 years in mining industry and Minimal 3 years experience as KTT
  • Has experience in Iron sand mining is a plus
  • Have POM/POU certification
  • Strong leadership and organizational, scheduling & time management skills;
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment
  • Ability to communicate well, and work productively with internal and external individuals
  • Have good leadership and managerial skills
  • Willing to be placed in North Halmahera with 8 : 2 roster system.

Job Description:

  • Create internal company regulations regarding the implementation of good mining engineering principles
  • Ensuring that all mining contractors comply their obligations in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations
  • Implementing SOPs for all departments at the mining site in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations
  • Monitoring CSR and Comdev activities in the area running well and optimally
  • Make RKAB, monthly reports, etc.
  • Conduct and monitor reclamation activities
  • Implementing a mining safety management system (SMKP) and supervising the implementation of a mining safety management system implemented by mining service companies working in their areas of responsibility
  • Coordinate and establish good coordination with local resident around the mine site and the related government instituition
  • Report the implementation of environmental management and monitoring activities periodically
  • Coordinate with HSE department related to HSE procedures in the field/site

 

Environment Senior Staff

Qualifications :

  • Male/Female 26 - 35 years old
  • Bachelor of Chemical Engineering, Environment, Forestry, Biology, and Marine
  • Experience minimal 3 years working as environment in Mining Industry.
  • Have POP, MPPA (Water Pollution Control Manager), ISO 9001/Environmental Management System (EMS) Certification
  • Familiar with coordination with government
  • Proficient in ArGIS, Autocad, and Mirc Office
  • Domiciled in Sulawesi, Maluku, and Kalimantan more preferable
  • Willing to be placed in North Halmahera with 10 : 2 roster system.

Job Descriptions :

  • Responsible to make periodic reports on liquid waste, B3 waste, and environmental monitoring on UKL-UPL or RKL-RPL, reports on plans and implementation of mining RKAB
  • Can do water, air, and noise sampling related to daily environmental monitoring
  • Understand the treatment of waste water (acid mine) as well as domestic and B3 waste (storage and characteristics of the waste)
  • Understand the MSDS on the chemicals used
  • Update on existing environmental regulations and also understand environmental related permits
  • Supervise companies related to environmental pollution and their corrective actions
  • Understand revegetation and land clearing related to top soil material to be reused
  • Able to control rainwater run off to prevent environmental pollution

 

Surveyor

Qualifications :

  • Applicants should have a minimum degree in Surveying/ Geodetic Engineering/related field with 3- 6 years' experience as Surveyor
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Visio, Mining Programs (Surpac, ArcGis, AutoCAD, Global Mapper and others).
  • Proficient in measuring instruments (Geodetic, Total Station, Theodolitte, Waterpass, Drone, etc).
  • Experience as surveyor in Mining/Smelter Industry is a plus
  • Mastering bathymetry and photogrammetry measurements.
  • Attention to detail for analyzing and reporting.
  • Willing to be placed in North Halmahera with 8 : 2 roster system.

Job Description :

  • Plane, manage and co-ordinate survey office/field activities to provide appropriate survey service to construction, mine planning, reconciliation and design personnel to enable accurate design, construction and mine planning of all site activities.
  • Leads in survey related technology & instrumentation application on site
  • Interface daily with the other members of the site team to obtain priorities and deadlines for various field/planning/scheduling requirements
  • Ensure survey of all geological/geotechnical events are conducted promptly to allow information to be analyzed promptly and corrective measures be implemented.
  • Ensure all survey equipment is always handled with care.
  • Encourage employees to work safely, productively, efficiently and effectively as an integrated team.

 

Project Manager

Qualifications:

  • Male 35 - 48 Years Old
  • Bachelor degree (S-1) in Mining Engineering/Geology/similar
  • Minimum 10 years of experiences in mining in similar role
  • Strong leadership and organizational, scheduling & time management skills;
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment
  • Ability to communicate well, and work productively with internal and external individuals
  • Have good leadership and managerial skills
  • Mastering project implementation and can lead well
  • Negotiation skills, problem solving
  • Ability to manage project control system
  • Experience working to manage large-scale projects
  • Have POM/POU Certificate
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing to be placed in Sambalagi, North Morowali
  • Willing to be placed in a sister company in one company group

Job Description

  • Planning operational activities for the project
  • Prepare budgeting for the project and present it to the board of directors
  • Make a project site cashflow plan
  • Coordinate with KTT on material and equipment use plan
  • Determine work methods according to site condition and determine alternative work methods for efficient use of RAP
  • Coordinate with KTT to develop quality plans and Health and Safety procedure, including schedules and working methods
  • Responsible to cost control in all aspect activities (engineering, production, plant, HSE, HR, GA, and all related aspect).
  • Controlling and ensuring the implementation of project activities runs according to the target cost, quality, time and safety
  • Maintain good communication with the government and local residents regarding permits and land
  • Analyze the results of each project activity at the site to see the suitability between the plan and its realization and report to the board of directors

 

Finance Accounting Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting
  • Has a minimum of 5 years experience in the same field
  • Have high analytical skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, and accounting and financial software.
  • Thorough, agile and multi-tasking
  • Strong leadership skill
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job description:

  • Carry out work in accordance with accounting procedures
  • Balances and reconciles accounts; adjusts and corrects daily journal entries.
  • Monitors expense and prepares monthly financial statements and administrative reports.
  • Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
  • Checking, and approving daily cash reports
  • Prepare reports on cash flow plans both weekly and monthly
  • Update internal systems with financial data

 

CSR

Qualification :

  • Male/Female maximum 38 years old
  • Minimal bachelor degree from any major, preferably in Public Relation or Communication
  • Minimal 6 years working experiences in related field with Minimal 2-3 years working as CSR/ER/Comdev in Mining Company.
  • More than 5 years in experience dealing with extractive industry external/ community relations or similar.
  • Deep understanding of community initiative subject
  • A self driven person and result oriented munity initiative subject
  • Good command in English both oral and written
  • Have good communication, administration and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Description :

  • Execute and maintain CSR programs for the company and develop sustainable links with local stakeholders (community, local government, NGO, etc) in term of assisting CSR Coordinator to ensure the sustainability of company's licence to operate
  • Map the priority stakeholders in areas in which the company operates in order to design the appropriate programs that suitable with company needs.
  • To develop an effective CSR/ER/Comdev programs encompassing environment, workplace, community and marketplace issues that will deliver agreed CSR targets

EXIM Superintendent

Qualification :

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent ;
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin ;
  • Minimum 8 Years experience in the related field is required for this position ;
  • Having experiences in EXIM process, logistics and transportation in Mining field is more preferable ;
  • Having experience in handling heavy equipment ;
  • Proficient in Export-Import Regulation, Trade Finance, Costum Clearance, PIB and PEB Module, L/C, Bank Guarantee Experience ;
  • Willing to be placed in Sister Company.

Job Description :

  • Check and prepare import documents ;
  • Create Import document clearance procedure ;
  • Communicate and coordinate with exporter related documentation and shipment schedule ;
  • Check and prepare PIB draft and PIB payment ;
  • Check and prepare draft list, also provide of company legality regarding process of Master List or permit related with Export Import Regulation ;
  • Coordinate with warehouse and power plant area to discharge process of goods/import contents.

 

HRGA Supervisor

Qualification :

  • Bachelor degree in psychology/management/law.
  • Having at least 3 years experience in the same position or 4 years as HRGA in mining industry
  • Male/Female, maximum 38 years old
  • Understand the flow of recruitment, selection and placement process
  • Understand about labor regulations related to employee PKWT / PKWTT / Probation Period
  • Understand the Procedure of BPJS Kesehtan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
  • Understand HR Regulations, government regulations related to employment for the mining sector
  • Able to do employee attendance reports every month to support the combensation and benefits task
  • Understand the procedures and calculation of employee overtime
  • Able to carry out HR administration processes
  • Able to build good communication with employees, company management, government agencies, local communities

Job Description :

  • Plan, implement, monitor, evaluate and report all compensation and benefits implementation activities, personnel administration, general, industrial & external relations, general affairs function, as well as security coordination in site to ensure work plans and HR policies can be implemented in accordance with applicable policies & procedures as well as departmental work plans has been determined.
  • Carry out, supervise all recruitment activities and assessment level staff, non-staff at the site location according to the needs and job requirements to ensure the fulfillment of man power both from internal and external to the company appropriately and in accordance with the Company's work plan.
  • Create, coordinate and ensure the process of preparing and developing the Company's organization in the form of organizational structure, job analysis, competency profile and HRD policies, as well as employee development in order to achieve employee competence at the staff level, non-staff at the site location through TNA based on the applicable competency matrix to support the achievement of work effectiveness and efficiency as well as competencies that are in line with the objectives of the Company.

 

IT

Qualification :

  • D3 Information Technology, Information Systems / similar
  • Have experience Minimum 3 years as IT in mining company
  • Minimum age 26-30 years
  • Have Computer Mastery Ability (Hardware and Software)
  • Have the Ability to Troubleshooting Hardware and Software
  • Understand windows server, linux server, mikrotik and computer network.
  • Passive spoken and written English.
  • Willing to be placed in North Halmahera with 10:2 Roster system.
  • Domiciled in Sulawesi, Maluku, and Kalimantan more preferable

Job Description :

  • Troubleshooting hardware and software as well as computer networks.
  • Perform network installation.
  • Setting up printers, attendance machines, internet network settings.
  • Perform daily, weekly and monthly reporting.

 

Admin Supply Chain Management

Job Description:

  • Compile a list of purchases of goods / services needed
  • Compile a list of suppliers of goods/services suppliers
  • Request approval of purchase from management and finance department
  • Contact suppliers and vendors to get quotations and price offers
  • Negotiate prices, services, time (ETA) with suppliers
  • Create purchase order
  • Send PO to supplier
  • Checking the quality of goods / services in accordance with the sales or purchase contract
  • Documentation of purchase, shipment, reception documents
  • Mediate with logistics for recording incoming goods
  • Review the performance of the purchasing process

Qualification:

  • Min Diploma degree in any field
  • Female, maximum 26 years old
  • Has experience in supply chain management min. 1 year
  • Excellent in Microsoft office and administration
  • Fluent in mandarin is a must
