HR - ORGANIZATION EFFECTIVENESS (Jakarta Office)

Basic Job Purpose:

• To manage organization by engaging in HR strategy, organization design, manpower planning and HR performance monitoring as well as overseeing HR service design program development.

Job Desc:

• Provide analysis on manpower and organizational needs to recommend HR strategies, plans and programs
• Ensure organization design solutions are aligned with the business needs through business plan and business process analyses
• Ensure manpower planning solutions are aligned with the business expectation
• Provide HR analytic tools to analyze, support and monitor organization performance to ensure organization alignment with the business needs
• Collaborate with related functions to ensure smooth organization design project is well implemented

Requirements:

• Min. bachelor’s degree graduate in related field or comparable experience
• 7+ years’ experience in Data Analytic, Job Analysis and Job Evaluation area
• 3+ years’ experience in Organization Design process and establishment
• Certified in Job Analysis and Job Evaluation
• Proven track of business communication, team-player, presentation skills & logical thinking
• Fluent in English, Microsoft Office (Esp. Excel, Visio & PowerPoint) & familiar with Microsoft 365
