Recuirements :

1. Pria / Wanita
2. Pendidikan Minimal S1/D4/D3 (Kehutanan / Lingkungan)
3. Pengalaman Pada Posisi Yang Sama (S1 - 3 Tahun) , (D4/D3 - 5 Tahun)
4. Pengalaman Sejak Pertama Bekerja (S1 - 5 Tahun) , (D4/D3 - 7 Tahun)
5. Memiliki Sertifikasi Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP)
6. Memiliki Sertifikasi Sistem Manajamen Keselamatan Pertambangan (SMKP)
7. Memiliki Sertifikat ISO 14001 & 45001 (Lebih disukai jika mampu 9001 & 17025)
8. Keterampilan Komputer (Seperti ; Microsoft Office)
9. Keterampilan Teknis, Komunikasi, Menyelesaikan Masalah, Interpersonal, Analisa.
10. Good Mental Attitude.
