Lowongan Kerja PT Agincourt Resources Sebagai Trainer Safety

Martabe Gold Mine is managed and operated by PT Agincourt Resources. The mine covers an area of 30 km2 that falls under the sixth generation of Contract of Work (CoW) covering a total area of 1.303 km2.

Mineral Resources as of June 30, 2020, reached 7.6 million ounces of gold and 66 million ounces of silver. Production began at Martabe on 24 July 2012. The operating capacity of the Martabe Gold Mine is exceeds 6 million tonnes of ore per year to produce more than 300.000 ounces of gold and 2-3 million ounces of silver per year.

PTAR employs more than 3,000 employees and contractors, over 99% of whom are Indonesian nationals, and more than 70% of whom are recruited from local residents.

The majority shareholder in PTAR is PT Danusa Tambang Nusantara, which is owned by PT United Tractors, Tbk (60%) and PT Pamapersada Nusantara (40%), with a total share of 95%. PT United Tractors Tbk is a public company whose shares are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and also subsidiary of PT Astra International Tbk. PT United Tractors, Tbk's share ownership consists of 59.50% by PT Astra International Tbk and 40.50% by the public. PT. Pamapersada Nusantara is 99.9% owned by PT United Tractors, Tbk.

To strengthen the OHS & Training Development team and to ensure the achievement of the company objectives, the Martabe Gold Mine is looking for a candidate to fill the role:

 

TRAINER - SAFETY (OHS 2108032)

This position will be based at Martabe Site, and reports directly to the Senior Supervisor Safety & ME Trainer.

The Role of Trainer - Safety is to assist the HSE Training Supervisor in the development and implementation of knowledge and skill training, to ensure ongoing progression of all PTAR personnel who require training competency and awareness in terms of Health, Safety and Environment in order to work safely and effectively within the appropriate companies and government regulations and legislation. The incumbent will be the front-line trainer and assessor of numerous HSE Competency Training and Awareness.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experiences:

1. Minimum S1 in OHS, Education & Training or Relevant.
2. Certified as POP, Trainer, Rigger, Scaffolder, Defensive Driving Trainer, and has various MINERBA Certifications.
3. Has current Indonesian light vehicle licenses.
4. A sound awareness of competency based training systems.
5. 5 years experience in the mining industry with 3 years as a HSE Trainer.
6. Experience in conducting training for PTW (permit to work), Working at Height, Lock Out & Tag Out, and other training related to HSE.
7. Experience in designing, developing and implementing safety training programs both in Indonesian and English.
8. Has a good knowledge in the field of risk assessment and risk management and incident investigation practices to identify causes and remedial actions.
9. Has excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others as part of a team and contribute to a harmonious working environment.
10. High level competency in personal computer applications  including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access databases.
11. Preferably female.
12. This position is for LOCAL only.
