HSES Manager

HSES Coordinator

HSES Advisors

Requirements :

• For Manager level :
  • Bachelor degree of Engineering or Technic;
  • Must have 10 years in EPCI / Construction for Oil & Gas Project, especially Offshore;
  • National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) qualified to International Diploma level or equivalent.
• For others level :
  • Bachelor degree of Engineering or Technic;
  • Must have 7 years in EPCI / Construction for Oil & Gas Project, especially Offshore;
  • National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) qualified to International General Certificate (IGC) level or equivalent.
• Shall be fluent in spoken and written English.
• Have experience working Oversea is better.
• Detail oriented, creative, efficient & high integrity.
• Have completed minimum HSES related training internally or even externally. e.g. IOSH Managing Safely, Risk Assessment, Hazard Awareness, Incident Investigation, etc.
• Able to join immediately.
• Placement : Willing to be placed anywhere.

Project Control Manager

Requirements :

• For Manager level :
  • Bachelor degree or Master degree of Engineering from reputable university.
  • Minimal 10 years experience in the same field in EPCI / Construction for Oil & Gas projects.
  • Having experience in project planning, scheduling planning meetings and progress check-ins, estimating and monitoring project costs, sticking to a budget, and reviewing project quality.
• For Non-Manager level :
  • Diploma or Bachelor degree of Engineering, minimal 5 years experiences in the same field and position.
  • Must have experience in EPCI / Construction for Oil & Gas projects.
  • Understanding of project cost control fundamentals with analytical skills and experience in financial analysis, modeling and budgeting methodologies
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data
  • Ability to meet safety requirements to attend site visits
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Quality focused with acute attention to detail
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
• Proficient in English, able to work independently as well and able work under high pressured.
• Able to join immediately.
• Placement - Jakarta & Site/ Outside of Java Island (if needed).

ADMIN STAFF

Requirements :

• Min. Diploma Degree or equivalent
• At least 1 years of experience in the field or in a related area
• Proven admin or assistant experience
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills

CONTRACT ENGINEER

Requirements :

• Bachelor/Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering or related discipline from a reputable local or foreign university duly recognized.
• At least 5 years of experience as Contract Engineer in Oil & Gas Project.
• Having experience in management of contractual relationships with Client throughout the entire contract lifecycle.
• Having experience in negotiating, evaluating, interpreting, and implementing contractual documents.
• Expert in giving advise to Project Management Team about the Bank Guarantees, Bonds, Warranty issues and Insurance requirement as per the Contract and follow up.
• Experience in Preparation/Review of the Claims, Change/Variation notification and follow up for the Variation/Change Proposal.
• Detail oriented, creative, efficient & high integrity
• Proficient in English, able to work independently as well and able work under high pressured.
• Has a good sense of responsibility and decision-making.
• Able to join immediately.
• Domiciled in Indonesia.
• Placement - Jakarta & Site/ Outside of Java Island.

IT SUPPORT

Requirements :

• For IT Support : Min. 24 years old.
• Bachelor Degree of Computer Science / Information Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in the same field & position.
• Having knowledge on networking wired and wireless, router, and/or.
• Having knowledge on AD, AV, VM, Backup Server and/or.
• Having knowledge on PABX/PBX, Radio, VSAT.
• Having knowledge on troubleshooting and basic networking.
• Have good communication and able to work hard.
• Able to speak English.
• Able to work on Documentation.
• Able to join immediately.
• Placement - Jakarta & Site/ Outside of Java Island.
• WILLING TO BE PLACED AT REMOTE AREA.
