Reward and Performance Assistant Manager (MCG -RPAM)

The Assistant Manager is responsible to design, develop, and implement an efficient, fair and transparent Performance Management System also promote a performance based culture across the group. you will be responsible for overseeing, managing and administering our employees' rewards, perks and benefits. Your role will be extremely important as you will be developing programs that to improve performance, engagement and satisfaction of our employees. Additionally, the incumbent is responsible to assess the job description for each position and assign it to a job band based on specific criteria. Several jobs across the company can all be assigned to the same job band, even though the duties and responsibilities are different.

Responsibilities

  • Create a consistent compensation and benefit guideline that matches our work and organizational culture
  • Conduct salary and labour market research to define benchmarks
  • Apply effective communication strategies
  • Assess employees needs by conducting organizational surveys
  • Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the filed
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
  • Review HR policies to ensure compliance with regulations and market competitiveness
  • Conduct market research and analyse on compensation and benefits to drive business goals
  • Review and develop guideline for expatriate employees, also executive committee (both of local & expat) and administer the C&B package
  • Provide advisory service to HR Site on ad-hoc C&B matters
  • Oversee yearly HR budget cost planning to ensure budget plan is within guidelines
  • Oversee local day to day operations
  • Develop and update the annual appraisal process and guidelines and manage the appraisal process across business units
  • Handle the performance management cycle process from start to end and monitor timely and accurate completion of the appraisals (e.g. forms and templates, communications
  • Contribute to the development and integration of competency models within the Performance Management System.
  • Contribute to the automation of the Performance Management System in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Provide support to line managers in applying the Performance Management System should they face challenges with the implementation
  • Develop tools and support material to help employees and their line managers in their appraisal process
  • Resolve problems related to appraisals, such as employee requests for re-evaluation, and ensure that these issues are handled in a fair, professional, transparent and equitable way.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree from Industrial Engineering, Accounting or similar relevant field
  • 5 years or more as Assistant Manager or 3 years or more as Supervisory
  • Degree in HR or related discipline
  • Preferably having experience in mining industry and digital company is welcome to apply
  • Familiar with Job evaluation and having good understanding of full cycle making Job evaluation
  • Good organization skills to prioritize and fulfill deliverables within prescribed timelines
  • Good knowledge in labour law and regulations related
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Full English proficiency is required.
  • Highly proactive, able to provide resolution to improve work processes
  • Strong analytical and excellent problem solving skills
  • Advance in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Creative and attractive to design presentation in Ms. Power point
