We are looking for

Planning Engineer

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree
• Min. 10 years experience as Planner
• Have experiences in EPCI Oil & Gas company
• Fluent in English
• Able to work under pressure
• Energetic, well organized, proactive, multitask, and detail oriented

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the Planning and Reporting procedure
• Develop the Project Implementation schedule (up to Level 3 or Level 4) and understand schedule resources loading
• Regularly update and monitor the detailed schedule and analyse the schedule critical path
• Highlight the critical activities to the project team and issue the 4 weeks look ahead as per project requirement
• Understands and applies engineering, procurement, and construction terminology, concepts, and relationship
• Prepare weekly / monthly reports in line with the project procedures, providing details on progress, actuals, forecast and explanation of variances
• Analyzes, evaluates, and forecasts current status against an established baseline schedule
• Assesses the impact(s) of design or construction changes and schedule slippages
• Monitor the manpower planning and daily productivity with respect to the Baseline Schedule
• Prepare the schedule analysis and presentation as required for the EOT and Claims/Change Orders
