We are looking for

Project Control Engineer

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree
• Min. 10 years experiences in same position
• Have experiences in EPCI Oil & Gas company
• Experience of managing high value budgets within a project environment
• Proven track record of project management
• Fluent in English
• Able to work under pressure
• Energetic, well organized, proactive, multitask, and detail oriented

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to support preparation of project reports, monitoring work progress, schedule monitoring, risk management, invoicing and support cost control, through close coordination with various departments involved in the project activities
• Preparation of Project Control Procedures as per the Project Requirement
• Facilitates the development of the work breakdown structure (WBS), interfacing with Procurement, Engineering, and Finance Departments as needed
• Implements and maintains an Earned Value Management System on the project
• Prepare detailed project implementation schedule (Level3) and monitoring
• Prepare weekly / monthly reports in line with the project procedures, providing details on progress, actuals, forecast and explanation of variance
• Prepare Monthly Work statement and get approval for the monthly invoice submission
• Prepare project status presentations, highlighting key accomplishments, risks and changes
• Analyzes, evaluates, and forecasts as per current status against an established baseline schedule
• Analyzes cost and schedule performance indicators (CPI and SPI)
• Provide the inputs and updates as required for the Cost Control Report such as any delay in project activities, anticipated additional cost and forecast
• Provide assistance and advice in the management of claims and disputes
• Prepare backup documents and presentation as required for the EOT and Claims
• Execute schedule change management process and provide support for the change Orders and claims approval from the Client
