Preferred qualifications: 

• Broad knowledge and exposure on the Mining and Road Construction (Role 1-17)
• Understands best practice mine planning processes and the ability to drive the establishment of required planning systems and approaches (Role 1-11)
• Ability to think creatively to develop multiple, workable options for the mining and construction environment (Role 1-11)
• Has a good understanding of Project Management standards and their application (Role 1-11)
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, communication and motivating skills (Role 1-11)

Applicants will be flexible individuals who can work under pressure in order to meet deadlines (All roles). In addition, excellent communication skills, along with demonstrated people management skills are essential (Role 1-11).
