PT. Samba Arnavat Indonesia is a national company providing consultant services and manpower for oil and gas industry. We are looking for professional and experienced candidates for our Client a Production Sharing Contract Company, to support their drilling campaign. The positions required as follows:

 

Logistic Supervisor (Well Site MatMan)

Principal Accountabilities

• Provide support to Company logistic operation at and on the Drilling Rig
• Receive and dispatch equipment and materials to and from the Rig
• Inventory tracking and bookkeeping of COMPANY's and third-party equipment onboard
• Produce Manifests and Delivery notes in and out of Rig
• Equipment and material loading and offloading from Helicopters and boats
• Bookkeeping on all work done by third party contractors offshore and report to Drilling Supervisors

Experience Required

• Minimum 10 (Ten) years of experience in Offshore Rig operation as Material Man
• Inventory and reporting skill
• Communication skill and Marine operation knowledge
• Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and email
• Conversant in English

 

Senior Drilling Supervisor (ComMan)

Principal Accountabilities

• Plan, develop and execute COMPANY's drilling operations offshore
• Plan and project activities
• Organize and coordinate offshore logistical operations - supply vessels/crew boats/helicopter
• Execute drilling program and day-to-day routine activities on the Rig
• Supervise drilling operations
• To implement Drilling Related HSE systems & procedures

Experience Required

• Minimum 20 years' experience in drilling and workover operations
• Communication and reporting skill
• Troubleshooting skill
• Natuna area experienced preferable

 

Night Drilling Supervisor

Principal Accountabilities

• Plan, develop and execute COMPANY's drilling operations offshore
• Plan and project activities
• Organize and coordinate offshore logistical operations - supply vessels/crew boats/helicopter
• Execute drilling program and day-to-day routine activities on the Rig
• Supervise drilling operations
• To implement Drilling Related HSE systems & procedures

Experience Required

• Minimum 20 years' experience in drilling and workover operations
• Communication and reporting skill
• Troubleshooting skill
• Natuna Area experience preferable

 

Offshore HSE Representative

Principal Accountabilities

• Oversee Health, Safety and Environmental aspect of work conducted onboard of the Rig
• Review and assess JSA, STOP card and other HSE related reporting system
• Organize Safety meeting, drills and exercises, liaising with Rig's HSE personnel
• Report and conduct preliminary investigation for any incident occurs on the Rig
• Monitor critical work being done on the Rig and make sure it complies with COMPANY's HSE regulation

Experience Required

• 10 years in HSE function, with hands on experience Oilfield experience and thorough knowledge in drilling equipment and materials
• Knowledge on offshore safety standards
• HSE compliance training (TBOSIET, Firefighting, First Aider, Reporting)

 

Well Site Operations Geologist (Day & Night)

Princip Accountabilities

• Provide summary of potential hydrocarbon bearing zones based on analysis of drilling and wireline logging data collected at the end of each hole section prior to start of drilling next hole section
• Examine ditch cuttings samples and cores and make a complete lithologic description noting formation tops where applicable
• Examine samples of cuttings and drilling mud under ultra-violet light at regular intervals for oil fluorescence. To evaluate oil and gas shows from the mud and cuttings and correlating these data with the lithologic data, to evaluate the quality of any shows encountered and then to request coring or DST if applicable
• Construct well lithology log using lithology descriptions along with the ROP, Total Gas and other data from the mud loggers and correlate these data with similar data from nearby wells and with the geologic prognosis in order to formulate hypotheses regarding the progress of the well
• To pick significant drilling breaks, circulate them out and core prospective pay zones
• To inform the wellsite wireline engineer well ahead of logging runs and possible sidewall coring if this is envisioned
• Picking the coring point if needed and supervise during coring operation
• Prepare Miscellaneous reports such as the core description report, geological morning and afternoon reports, and other misc interpretation report, sidewall core description report, etc

Experience Required

• A minimum of 20 years of industrial experience, with primary focus of all aspects of geological reporting at the wellsite
• Competences of supervision of services such as, Mud Logging, LWD, Electric Logging, Production of Final Geological Report and log interpretation
• Familiar with well pressures detection
• Familiar with Log Interpretation
• Capable of produce master log and composite log

 

Night Well testing Engineer

Principal Accountabilities

• Plan, develop and execute COMPANY's Well Testing Planning onshore and execute work offshore
• Plan and project Well Testing activities
• Assistance in Organize and coordinate offshore logistical operations - supply vessels/crew boats/helicopter
• Execute day-to-day Well Testing Operations on the Rig
• Supervise Well Test operations and advise DSVs on Well Testing related performance improvement and troubleshoot problems
• To Implement Drilling Related HSE System & Procedures

Experience Required

• Minimum 20 years' experience in Well Testing Operations, Mainly offshore
• Communication and reporting skill
• Troubleshooting skill
• Natuna experience beneficial, Offshore Jack-up and DST and Perforating experience essential
