We are currently taking applicants for the following position:
ASSET ENGINEER
(Assignment: Head Office)
To prepare and provide comprehensive engineering approach and analysis to Asset Management operation in Energy sector (Mining, Oil and Gas Services, Construction) e.g. (but not limited to): Asset Life Cycle Cost, Rate, New asset purchase analysis, Asset disposal analysis, Asset improvement analysis etc., which eventually support effective and efficient Asset Management operation.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree (S1) in Engineering preferably in Mechanical Engineering, candidate with proven extensive experience (with ldifferent/ower academic qualification) is highly considered (minimum 5 yrs)
- Minimum 3 (three) yrs experience in Asset Management / Maintenance especially few years on-site
- Able to use computer well ie MS Office suite, especially spreadsheet application and CMMS (is a plus)
- Able to communicate in at least Bahasa and English, on both verbal & written
- Willing to travel to site in remote area
- Own high ethic and practice good attitude at work, strong willing to perform and grow, willing and able to work under high pressure whilst maintaining the quality of the result.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare & maintain Asset rate (especially mobile equipment)
- Prepare & maintain LCC (life Cycle Cost) to provide realistic LCC
- Maintain LCC through periodical review, to see the LCC fitness
- Prepare analysis on asset actual performance
- Prepare & provide light recommendation in determining predictable asset performance, revenue and asset risk
- Prepare & provide relevant data for Mtc Budget, Reforecast and Tendering new project budget
- Support relevant effort & work/task to achieve Asset Management Group (AMG) objectives by referring to internal Petrosea policy
- Identify hazards and risks during task completion in order to minimize exposure to personnel and the environment
- Ensure work performed conforms with Health Safety and Enviromental (HSE) Corporate procedures, and official standards and requirements.
CSR SPECIALIST
(Assignment: Petrosea Project Site)
Execute and maintain CSR programs for the company and develop sustainable links with local stakeholders (community, local government, NGO, etc) in term of assisting CSR Coordinator to ensure the sustainability of company's licence to operate.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree from any majors, preferably in Public Relations and Communication
- Min. 3-4 years of experience in related field
- Deep understanding of community initiative subject.
- Fluent English in both verbal and writing
Responsibilities:
- Map the priority stakeholders in areas in which the company operates in order to design the appropriate programs that suitable with stakeholders needs
- Execute develop communications plans and materials, including web content, press releases and articles as well as organise several annual and special networking events and informal ceremonies involving the beneficiaries to ensure that CSR programs has been socialized and communicated well
- Coordinate and liaise with Project Management in delivering corporate social programs to ensure corporate social programs run smoothly.
- Establish and maintain relationship and communication with local community and local government in order to keep peace and harmonious relationship.
- Develop ways to measure, learn from and improve impact; monitor progress of partnerships or delivered programs, and report to founder and board on a regular basis to ensure programs effectiveness.
- Prepare and propose CSR budget for tendering purposes in order to ensure all budgets are meet the objectives
- Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.
DATA ENGINEER DIGITALIZATION
(Assignment: Head Office, Bintaro)
Responsible for the development of processes of large data sets, work closely with related data owner & data analyst to do data gathering/data collection, data development, data cleansing, data modelling, test & maintain data architectures to keep data accessibility and readiness for analysis.
Requirements:
- At Least 2 Years working experiences as Data Scientist or minimum 3 Years Working Experiences as Data Analyst or minimum 4 years working experiences as Data Engineer in Agile Teams
- Bachelor Degree (S1) with Outstanding Result from Reputable University majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial or Informatics Engineering
- At Least 4 Years of Working Experience on Big Data Platform and Programming Language, Data Science & Machine Learning Tools such as Apache Hadoop, Map/Reduce, Spark, Kafka, HBase, CouchDB, Hive, Python, R, Pig, NoSQL, etc
- Knowledge and Working Experiences with Data Modeling, Design Patterns, Building Highly Scalable and Secured Analytical Solutions, SQL, Procedural SQL (TSQL/PLSQL or PgSQL) and at least one Non-Relational Database
- Worked with Big Data ETL & Data Analytics Tools such as Talend, SSIS, TeraData, Informatica, Alteryx, Tableau, QlikView, Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (Microsoft Power BI) or Similar Reporting and other Business Intelligence Packages
- Experience using JIRA/Microsoft Visual Studio Team Service (VSTS)/Talend/Trello/Power Steering/KPI Fire/Wave/Redmine/Bitrix24/TaskWorld/SoftBless or other similar Project Management & Collaboration Tools

- Give Input of Scale & Characteristic of Data to Related Infrastructure Team for Sizing & Building Infrastructure for Data Warehouse that Allows Big Data to be Accessed and Analyzed Properly with Stable and Good Performance
- Learn The Process of Installing Data Warehouse Solutions from Infrastructure Team
- Provide Development of Processes Large Data Sets consists of from Initial Raw Data Gathering and Collection, Data Cleansing for Enforcing & Establishing Accountable Data from Various Sources and 3rd Parties Platforms, Leveraging & Aggregating The Data
- Implementation of the Extraction Transformation & Load (ETL) Jobs for Ingestion and Transformation Area of the Data Pipeline for the Analytical Solution of Data Lake/Data Warehouse to be Further Process by Big Data Development Team
- Responsible for Supporting Bugs Fixing, Expanding and Optimizing Data Cleansing & Data Pipeline Architecture, as well Optimizing Data Flow, Collection from Cross Functional Team and Overall Data Quality Along The Process of Preparing Data Pipeline

DATA SCIENTIST
(Assignment: Head Office, Bintaro)
Responsible for making value out of data, creating data models and algorithms, proactively fetches information from various sources and analyses it for better understanding about how the business performs, utilizing machine learning, deep learning systems and artificial intelligence (AI) tools that automate certain processes within the company.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years working experiences as Data Scientist or minimum 3 years working experiences as Data Analyst or minimum 4 years working experiences as Data Engineer in Agile Teams
- Bachelor (S1) or Master (S2) Degree with Outstanding Result from Reputable University majoring in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial or Informatics Engineering
- Excellent or Specific Expertise, In-depth Experience & Knowledge in using Data & Visualization Tools (Microsoft Power BI, Qlik View & Qlik Sense, Talend, SAP B/W for HANA or Tableau), also Experience using some Statistical Tools (Advanced Level of MS Excel, SPSS, SAS, Stata, MatLab), Programming Language, Data Science & Machine Learning Tools (SQL Hive, Python, R, Java, C/C++)

PROCUREMENT SUPERINTENDENT
(Assignment: Head Office)
Lead procurement function during FEED stage and closely coordinate with Engineering group QA/QC group, SHE group, Project Control group and other functions within the Project Management team in efficient and effective manners in order to achieve project target for delivering good practice (QCDSM) of Procurement process in which conform to Company Procedures a Business Ethics.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree in Engineering, preference in Mechanical
- Min. 10 years experiences in Procurement / Contract project and or operation preferably in Mining Processing Plant (i.e. Gold, Copper)
- Good knowledge of the equipment/materials according to international standard specifications
- Good knowledge of relevant subcontractors / service for Mining Processing Plant
- Good communication & negotiation skill.
- Requires travel to project location is required.
- Vendor / supplier / subcontractor meetings and visits.
- Interface with commercial/legal service providers.
- Audit investigations.
- Risk and exposure due diligence.
- Must be diligent, reliable, and able to respond to difficult task whenever the need arises.
- Willing to work beyond office hours as and when required.
- Able to maintain and uphold work and business ethics.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control the overall order process including manage supplier relationship and performance to ensure order process are conform to company's system and procedures.
- Lead and monitor the implementation of the strategy development, bidding, evaluation, negotiation, award, execution, performance monitoring, administrations and close out of contracts to ensure that all contracts and procurement activities are managed in compliance with company internal control standard audit and procedures.
- Commercial evaluation of tenders and coordinate other elements of the evaluation process with end users in order to provide recommendations for award of business
- Lead team members to coordinate with across department function to analyze of potential usage of product manufacture/fabricator/direct distributor instead of general market particularly for goods in order to get price competitiveness.
- Provide and support contract end to end process related with procurement areas and ensure the operations could be effective and efficient.
- Monitor and control all major package categories with conduct regular meeting (if required) with internal/external to ensure the contract and service level achieve as per contract.
- Attends to resolution of disputes whenever they arise, including formation of finding facts, submit recommendation and plan of actions.
- Drafting formal letters and attending negotiations of a contractual nature in order to provide logistical support to Project Managers in resolving contractual issues with the subcontractors / vendors.
- Organize and manage variations and claims to their scope of work and successfully negotiate these to settlement, including a running log of all contractual correspondence to settlement.
- Monitor and control contract implementation to ensure that Petrosea and subcontractors / vendors follow the contractual requirements of the contract such that Petrosea is not exposed to unnecessary costs or penalties.
- Evaluate and conduct restructuring of internal documents to ensure all company's documents are in accordance with the Petrosea Contracting Principles and management of commercial contracts.
- Maintains effective monitoring of the current accounts of subcontractors / vendors.
- Maintains effective monitoring of the current issues encountered with of subcontractors / vendors.
- Analysing previous annual spent to be bottom line for spending this year and how to get saving cost annual target.
- Lead in sourcing and gathering quotes from subcontractors / vendors in order to obtain best price as per required quality and schedule in accordance with company's policies and procedures.
- Review and analyse contracts at the tender stage, giving input in contract composition/legalities and any qualifications required in order to align conditions to Petrosea contracting guidelines.
- Review and develop appropriate contractual strategies in order to maximise commercials effectiveness.
- Actively contribute to develop team culture where all employees are responsible for their own and co-worker Health, Safety and Environments, keep work area clean and tidy, take corrective action on all hazardous situations in order to maintain a safe and healthy environment at all the times.
- Uphold Procurement business ethic and take ownership of every single deal for company benefit to ensure the adherence of overall company's business ethics.
