ADARO METCOAL : TECHNICAL MARKETING SUPERINTENDENT - METALLURGICAL

Adaro MetCoal, a subsidiary of Adaro Group of Companies, a leading group of coal mining companies in Indonesia, is looking for some qualified personnel to be based at our Jakarta Office as:

TECHNICAL MARKETING SUPERINTENDENT - METALLURGICAL

Qualifications:

• S1 in Engineering or other majors;
• 27-year working experience;
• 24-year experience in a Coal Quality and Utilization environment;
• Recognizing & understanding metallurgical coal utilization processes - coke ovens, blast furnaces, refining/smelting;
• Ability to communicate in Indonesian & English (verbal & written);
• Ability to perform lateral thinking & to identify the optimum result;
• Numerical skill (working with numbers) & ability to collect & analyze data of coal quality;
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to engage with customers from divers backgrounds, ability to make presentations

Work Challenges:

• Ability to identify & report short & long term issues with coal quality from utilization perspective
• Communicating effectively with other parties involved in the coal chain, from Operations
• Marketing, Logistics, & customers
• Variable, dynamic, & non-routine work load
