Training Officer (Location Jakarta)

SCOPE OF DESCRIPTION:

• In coordination with Operation and specific project activity to plan, execute and evaluate training program for all personnel based on competency gaps, profession certificates and specific project personnel skills required overtime

REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor Degree (Major Technical/Human Resources Management/Management), with minimum 7 - 10 years’ experience in related field from Logistic, transportation & warehousing/ Mining, Oil & gas/Construction with preferable background HSE

System Auditor - location Jakarta

Assist Lead System Auditor to perform the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations' effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.

Minimum Requirement

1. Bachelor degree in Engineering or a related technical, finance or management discipline
2. Minimum 4 years professional experience in related field, 2 years in Oil and Gas or Service Company(preferable)
3. Auditor certified of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 (latest version)
4. Strong structured thinking and competent in the use of standard Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
5. Extensive knowledge, experience and understanding of delivering audit techniques (work programs, tests, sampling. documentation, reports)
6. Project delivery experience
7. Experience leading cross functional teams
8. Good communication and presentation skills
9. Demonstrated ability to influence others and lead change
