Dispatcher (Location Babelan – Bekasi)

SCOPE OF DESCRIPTION:
Helping Project Manager by collecting data, compiling, and reporting on daily basis on day-to-day Power Plant Operation

To ensure all calls are recorded specially for emergency and significant information.

• To distribute information to personnel concern and or solve problems.
• To ensure all requirements are taken care.
• Entering all data calls in the system and maintain logs.
• To ensure tag and lockout system implemented for plant equipment.
• To ensure tag and lockout system implemented for plant equipment.
• To directly involved in the emergency response solution as per company procedures.
• Prepare detailed records and reports related to operation admin transactions.
• To provide updated records for labor and materials
• Follow and understand all Health, Safety and Environmental system and procedures. Conduct activities according to CoC principle

REQUIREMENT:

• Diploma Degree (Accounting/Psikology), with minimum 1 years’ experience in related field from Power Plant/Logistic
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
