Transformation Strategy - Specialist

Qualifications :

1. 5-7+ years of experience in strategy/business analyst roles in Industry and/or consulting.
2. Ability to frame key issues, framework and option spaces and support solutioning.
3. Experience in cross-functional project management (e.g., ramp-up, EBITDA delivery) in a fast-paced & ambiguous environment.
4. Experience using change enablement toolkits, ability to frame change journeys, experience in cross-functional projects from initiation to implementation.
5. Experience in modelling/simulation with large sets of data.
6. Experience in setting up tools & dashboard for tracking key progress and metrics.
7. Experience working in a fast-paced & ambiguous environment.
8. Adequate financial literacy to validate business case & financial implication analysis.
9. Experience in transformation & change management in following areas — Value Delivery, Project ramp-ups, Digital Transformation.
10. Proactive, self-starter in identifying option spaces and analysis requirements.
11. Experience in Mining industry is an added advantage.

Key accountabilities

1. Define goals, strategic considerations and framework for key topics.
2. Support definition of project milestones, PIC, key metrics/KPI’s for individual module.
3. Frame option spaces for decision making and perform simulation/analysis/ modelling to consider trade-off across option spaces.
4. Identify and highlight roadblocks/risks in project implementation.
5. Analyse key metrics, program financials and validate business cases.
6. Set up and maintain tools, reports and dashboards to track key metrics and project progress.
7. Support ‘solutioning' and provide ‘challenges’ to working team on debottlenecking issues.
