We are looking for

Buyer position

Job Requirement:

1. Min. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
2. Maximum 40 years old
3. At least 5 years experiences as buyer
4. Preferably have buyer working experience in Construction Industry, or in Companies that sells Industrial Supply to Construction Company
5. Able to work in fast paced environment, self-driven and motivated
6. Have experience dealing with overseas Suppliers, and knowledge in International Trade and Logistics Operations.
7. Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint)
8. Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills
9. Fluent in English

Job Responsibilities:

1. Source, select, and purchase goods, materials and services as per project requirement in timely manner
2. Negotiate with suppliers to get best price, payment terms, and delivery schedule whilst ensuring quality requirement are met
3. Process requisition and update management on status of order through reports and weekly meetings
4. Monitor existing orders, and ensure goods and materials received at Warehouse and Site are as per ordered. Any discrepancy to be highlighted to Supplier and Management.

Finance Staff

Job Requirements :

1. Min S1 Majoring in Accounting
2. Female, maximum 35 years old
3. Min 5 years experience in same position
4. Familiar with AP & AR
5. High speed and high attention to detail and accuracy
6. Fluent in English
7. Capable to perform multitasking work
8. Strong communication skill

Job Responsibilities:

1. Capable to prepare and processing loan proposal and withdrawal
2. Preparing and executing administration of loan related to bank or leasing company
3. Preparing and applying the issuance of LC, Bank Guarantee and insurance
4. Accurate in payments and familiar with e-banking process
5. Capable to perform payroll calculation
6. Manage the submission billing to Clients
7. Able to manage work priority on timely basis
8. Produce consistent and regular reports/database using Microsoft software for monitoring
