Right now our company is open position for

Corporate Legal

With qualification as below:

1. Has solid experience minimum 3 years as Corporate Legal, preferably from Nickel or Coal Mining Company
2. Having good knowledge on Land Law specifically Mining Law
3. Drafting and Contract Management skill with problem solving abilities
4. Strict to the law, ensure the safety of the company and provide legal advisory.
5. Ability to identify all legal issues and risks related to the contract to be drafted.
6. Possess good ability to use computer (Microsoft Office or related programs)
7. Meticulous and has analytical skills with strong organizational skills and also ability to prioritize.
8. Professional, enthusiastic and committed approach to work.
9. Highly responsible with good initiative and able to work under pressure
10. Self-motivated, has good common sense, and proactive
11. Honest, hard worker, and work on tight schedule.
