Adaro MetCoal, a subsidiary of Adaro Group of Companies, a leading group of coal mining companies in Indonesia, is looking for
some gualified personnel to be based at our Jakarta Office as:

STRATEGIC SOURCING SECTION HEAD

Gualifications:

1. S1 in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial / Civil), Business, Management, Economics:
2. ≥ 3-year experience as Leader / Superintendent:
3. ≥ 5-year experience in Purchasing / Procurement / Strategic Sourcing, preferably in mining industry,
4. English Proficiency:
5. Good communication & interpersonal skills:
6. Good analytical thinking & negotiation skills,
7. Good leadership skill & a team player.

Work Challenges:

1. Purchase planning from users is not yet available / inaccurate,
2. Remote site location with sometimes slow ERP connection speed: :
3. Limited historical data to be used for analysis purpose.
