Adaro MetCoal, a subsidiary of Adaro Group of Companies, a leading group of coal mining companies in Indonesia, is looking for some gualifed personnel to be based at our office in Jakarta as:

Contract Management Officer

Gualifications:

• S1 in Economics / Management / Engineenng / Law,
• 2 I-year experience working in contract management and in the mining industry,
• 2 2-year expenence working in procurement / strategic sourcing:
• Good contract drafting & business wnting skills:
• Good understanding of mining and construction laws,
• Good teamplayer & ability to work under pressure:
• English proficiency & good interpersonal skills.

Work Challenges:

• Interpersonal skill to manage interaction with vendors, users, and colleagues,
• Reguirement forunderstanding of mining and construction laws:
• Ability to draft Contract / working together with the Legal Team related to Contract drafting.
