Requirements:

• Male, with minimal 10 years working experience in this related field
• Have bachelor's degree in mining engineering, geo-technical engineering, or related field
• Maximum 40 years old
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
• Building positive working relationship
• Having excellence experience mining procedure, road maintenance, civil design, PIT service management, Operation Management, Project Cost Estimation, Mine Geology, HSE procedure, HC procedure
• Able to work under pressure, good communication & attention with detail
• Have POM certification

 

HCGS Supervisor

Assignment: Head Office, Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara

Requirements:

• Male, minimal 5 years working experience in this related field (in mining company)
• Have bachelor's degree in industrial engineering
• Experience in HR Operations: Design Organization structure, Reward management, Manpower analysis, workload analysis, Policy, Employe Movement (transfer, promotion, demotion), Talent Management with nine box approach, Employee relations, and other HC business partner role
• Detailed knowledge of employment law and experience & understanding in payroll, Assessment Center for recruitment & development.

 

General Services Administrator

Assignment: Head Office, Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara

Requirements:

• Minimal 3 years working experience in this related field
• Must possess at least a High School Diploma or a bachelor's degree in business, administration, or a related field
• Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)
• Comfortable handling confidential information
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Asset and Maintenance Engineer

Requirements:

• Male, minimal 3 years working experience in this related field/Maintenance planner/Reliability Engineer position (in mining company)
• Must possess at least an Associate's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledgeable in safety requirements for heavy equipment maintenance activities
• Skills in developing technical reports.

 

Mine Plan Engineer

Assignment: Site Based-Kapuas (Central Kalimantan) / Peranap, Riau (Sumatera) / Tabang (East Kalimantan) / Senakin (South Kalimantan) / Peninggalan, Palembang (South Sumatera)

Requirements:

• Male, with minimal 3 years working experience in this related field
• Maximum 35 years old
• Must possess at least a bachelor's degree in mining engineering or equivalent
• Skill(s): minescape, minex, SPRY, Microsoft office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
• Having excellence experience mining, procedure, road maintenance, civil design, operation technique method and project cost estimation, HSE procedure, HC procedure
• Have POP certification
• High attention to details and accuracy
• Building positive working relationship
• Able to work under pressure

Mining Surveyor

Assignment: Site Based-Kapuas (Central Kalimantan) / Peranap, Riau (Sumatera) / Tabang (East Kalimantan) / Senakin (South Kalimantan) / Peninggalan, Palembang (South Sumatera)

Requirements:

• Male, Have a minimum degree in Surveying/ Geodetic Engineering with 3 years' experience as Surveyor
• Maximum 35 years old
• Must possess at least a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in construction technology, Engineering and Surveying Principles, Surveying Equipment and applications, Engineering and Surveying software, industry standards and bestpractice, HSE, Surveying and Engineering software, and computer data management and manipulation
• Can operating total station and data processing
• Familiar with mining software
• Independent and mature personality, self-motivated, results driven and good negotiation skills
• high initiative; performance driven; good planning skill
• good communication skills.

 

Plant Maintenance Supervisor

Assignment: Site Based-Kapuas (Central Kalimantan) / Peranap, Riau (Sumatera) / Tabang (East Kalimantan) / Senakin (South Kalimantan) / Peninggalan, Palembang (South Sumatera)

Requirements:

• Male, Minimal 5 years working experience as Plant Maintenance planner Supervisor (in mining company)
• Maximum 45 years old
• Must possess at least an Associate's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Strong leadership skill
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
• Knowledgeable in safety requirements for heavy equipment maintenance activities
• Skills in developing technical planning reports for maintenance and repair Heavy Equipment.

 

 

Mechanic

Assignment: Site Based-Kapuas (Central Kalimantan) / Peranap, Riau (Sumatera) / Tabang (East Kalimantan) / Senakin (South Kalimantan) / Peninggalan, Palembang (South Sumatera)
Requirements:

• Male, Minimal 3 years working experience as Mechanic (in mining company)
• Must possess at least a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Maximum 40 years old
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
• Having excellent skills in technical for heavy equipment maintenance and repair
• Knowledgeable in safety requirements for heavy equipment maintenance activities.

 

 

Mine Foreman

Assignment: Site Based-Kapuas (Central Kalimantan) / Peranap, Riau (Sumatera) / Tabang (East Kalimantan) / Senakin (South Kalimantan) / Peninggalan, Palembang (South Sumatera)

Requirements:

• Male, Minimal 5 years working experience as Mine Foreman
• Must possess at least a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Maximum 45 years old
• Strong leadership & team player skill
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
• Extensive knowledge of mining operation process
• Having excellence experience mining procedure and road maintenance
• Knowledgeable in safety requirements for heavy equipment operating and maintenance activities
• Having excellent experience operating a variety of heavy equipment.

 

 

Heavy Equipment Operator (Excavator,Dozer,Grader)

Assignment: Site Based-Kapuas (Central Kalimantan) / Peranap, Riau (Sumatera) / Tabang (East Kalimantan) / Senakin (South Kalimantan) / Peninggalan, Palembang (South Sumatera)

Requirements:

• Male, Minimal 5 years working experience as Mine Foreman
• Must possess at least a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Maximum 45 years old
• Extensive knowledge of mining operation process
• Knowledgeable in safety requirements for heavy equipment operating and maintenance activities
• Ability to lift up to 40 Ton
• Ability to work extended hours, as required.

 

 

HSE Officer

Assignment: Site Based-Kapuas (Central Kalimantan) / Peranap, Riau (Sumatera) / Tabang (East Kalimantan) / Senakin (South Kalimantan) / Peninggalan, Palembang (South Sumatera)

Requirements:

• Male, with minimal 5 years working experience in this related field in mining company or oil and gas company
• Must possess at least an Associate's Degree in Engineering
• Maximum 35 years old
• Having several certificates related as HSE that is K3 Umum KEMNAKER RI, basic firefighting and first aid, ISO 9001,14001, 45001, and POP certification
• Knowledgeable in safety requirements about mining procedure and road maintenance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
• Building positive working relationship
• Able to work under pressure, good communication & attention with detail.
