PT. Samba Arnavat Indonesia is a national company providing consultant services and manpower for oil and gas industry. We are looking for professional and experienced candidates for our Client a Production Sharing Contract Company, to support their drilling campaign. The positions required as follows:
 

Drilling Superintendent

Principal Accountabilities

• Coordination of Drilling-related equipment and material.
• Coordination and day-to-day management of drilling and support operations.
• Maintenance of the health, safety and environmental standards required in respect of the specific operations program.
• Approval of all operational procedures.
• Compilation of contingency plans.

Experience Required

• An engineering degree or other higher technical educational background.
• Minimum 20 years' experiences in drilling and workover operations.
• Excellent understanding of Indonesian oil and gas industry including but not limited to SKKMIGAS drilling budget development, AFE process, tendering process etc.
• Must have previous experience of AFE and WP&B preparation and follow up with presentation and approval to all the related institution.
• Must have previous experience pertaining to Contracting, Procurement and Logistics in the oil and gas industry.

 

 

Crew Change Coordinator

Principal Accountabilities

• Manage crew change planning for entire Drilling operations.
• Maintain database of personnel and its health/quarantine requirements.
• Ensure candidates are equipped with the relevant requirements (medical, competence certificate / qualification documents).
• Assist in travel arrangement of the mobilization and de-mobilization of the crewing staff, including visa application, Air/Ferry/Land Tickets etc.
• Undertake any ad-hoc admin projects/duties as required.

Experience Required

• Minimum 10 years' experiences managing offshore drilling crew change.
• Offshore experiences are a must, preferable Natuna Sea operations.
• Understands flights operations and regulations.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with others in a fast-paced working environment.

 

Junior Drilling Engineer

Principal Accountabilities

• To assist Drilling Engineer and Drilling Superintendent on day-to-day Drilling preparation
• Day to day Drilling operation support from engineering standards and HSE perspective
• Maintain and update Drilling Risk Register.
• Participate in DWOP.
• Ready to be deployed to Drilling Rig site during operation when needed.
• Assist drilling cost controller and monitor Daily rig Cost and AFE.

Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years' experiences in drilling and workover operations
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Troubleshooting skills.
• Offshore experiences are a must, preferable Natuna Sea operations.

 

 

Night Well Testing Engineer

Principal Accountabilities

• Run Well Testing operations on the Rig.
• Responsible for Safe Well Testing operations during offshore work.

Experience Required

• Minimum 20 years' experiences in Well Testing operations.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Troubleshooting skills
• Offshore experiences are a must, preferable Natuna Sea operations.

Logistic Supervisor (Letung Base- Kepri)

Princip Accountabilities

• Report to Logistic Specialists.
• Provide support to Company logistic operation at and on the Drilling Rig.
• Receive and dispatch equipment and materials to and from the Rig.
• Inventory tracking and bookkeeping and third-party equipment onboard.
• Produce Manifests and Delivery notes in and out of Rig.
• Equipment and material loading and offloading from Helicopters and boats.
• Bookkeeping on all work done by third party contractors offshore.

Experience Required

• Minimum 5 Years Experiences in similar role
• Preferable Natuna Sea operations experiences

Site Survey QA/QC

Principal Accountabilities

• Report to Drilling Superintendent/Operations Manager.
• Plan, develop and execute Site Survey operations offshore.
• Plan and project activities.
• Organize and coordinate offshore logistical operations - supply vessels/crew boats/helicopter.
• Execute both Geophysical and Geotechnical program.
• Quality Control and Assurance of deliverables of Site Survey works.
• To implement Related HSE systems & procedures.

Experience Required

• Minimum 20 years' experience in Site Survey operations, both Geophysical and Geotechnical Work
• Communication and reporting skill
• Troubleshooting skill
• Preferable Natuna Sea operations experiences
