Nursery & Revegetation Supervisor

Adaro MetCoal, a subsidiary of Adaro Group of Companies, a leading group of coal mining companies in Indonesia, is looking for some qualified personnel to be based at our site in Central Kalimantan as:

Nursery & Revegetation Supervisor

The objective of this Role is to assist the Reclamation and Rehabilitation Section Head in providing a service of nursery management and revegetation as per the reclamation plan.

Qualifications:

1. D3/S1 in Forestry/Agriculture/ Environmental Engineering or other relevant majors;
2. 23-year experience in managing nursery and revegetation work;
3. 23-year exposure to best practice environmental management system;
4. Good knowledge of AMDAL, Environment Management, & Reclamation and Rehabilitation;
5. Good team player & ability to work under pressure;
6. English proficiency & good interpersonal skills.
7. Work Challenges:
8. Working on the reclamation plan monitored and audited by the Government,
9. Revegetation disturbance from wild animals or trespassers,
10. Remote working location with roster based working arrangement.
