Product Owner

Responsibilities:

• Partner and Act as liaison between Business Owners, Operation and IT/ICT Teams to refine, drive and manage the solution development process and ensure the product team understand the direction and vision
• Serve as the Product Management (business) proxy and decision point to represent the stakeholders in the project and manage the product backlog including the management of the overall release plan
• Create and maintain the solution vision, roadmap, and backlog of work through the project's life cycle, make it cost effective, in
• line with budget, on or prior the define schedule
• Translate features into user stories within a team’s backlog while managing, ranking, and prioritizing this backlog so that it is reflective of stakeholder requirements and priorities
• Diligently track status of all development efforts and provide regular status updates to leadership including escalation of issues as appropriate
• Attend sprint ceremonies and be available to team during the sprint for clarifications and acceptance of user stories, and also review and accept/reject results both during a Sprint and in the Sprint review then Present work to team from Team Backlog during Sprint Planning for acceptance by the Team in a Sprint, negotiates Sprint goals with the Team-Involve in Application Re-Engineering, Identify Pitfall and support with Continuous Improvement/Enhancement Solution of any specific business application that covers the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), starting from identifying functional requirement (working with Business Analyst), analysis, system design & architecture, programming works, system test, debugging (bugs fixed & system correction) until implementation/deployment and post production support
• Keep Senior Leadership apprised of overall program status.

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Business Management, Master or Management, Computer Science or Information Technology from reputable University
• Hold a Certified Product Owner (CSPO) is another strong point and/or SPO (SAFE Product Owner) or PM (Product Manager) preferred experience
• Experience in Senior or Middle Position/Role as Product Owner at least 4 years with 2+ years of experience in Agile software development approach
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally
• Experience resolving issues with higher levels of management
• Team-Work Oriented, and able to lead cross-functional work
