Technical Proposal Engineer

We are looking for

Technical Proposal Engineer

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree
• Experience in EPCI Oil and Gas projects
• Min. 8 years of experience in Preparation & Coordination of Technical Proposal/Tenders for EPCI Onshore and Offshore Oil and Gas projects
• Experience as Proposal Engineer (Technical) or as a Project Engineer
• Experienced in handling parallel multiple assignments
• Fluent in English
• Familiar with Ms. Office

Responsibilities:

• Review Bid/Tender Documents and identify project scope and tender requirements to highlight scope summary and project scope and schedule risks
• Prepare technical proposal documents as per ITB include Execution plans, Org charts, Schedule Inputs etc
• Internal team coordination for collecting inputs for Technical and Commercial Proposal Preparation from other disciplines to prepare necessary Proposal Documents between Engineering, procurement, Fabrication and installation, and Precomm/Comm disciplines
• Prepare clarifications relate to tender and coordinate with all disciplines to compile
• Maintain proposal records and data including previous tenders for ready use
• Support to find new subcontractors/ service agents for overseas tenders
• Check local requirements and regulations for Local and Overseas Tenders
• Attend client meetings during Prebid, Tender Submission and Clarifications and Internal team Tender discussion and presentation meetings
