We are seeking experienced people for the following positions:

 

Senior Supervisor Auto Electric (926633)

(GBU)

Some of your duties will include:

  • To apply Thiess Governance System and plant procedures within the work force in relation to safety/environment, maintenance planning, recording/registering, quality of workmanship, leadership & organize of workshop personnel.
  • To plan and coordinate the shutdown, repair and service of equipment according to TGS Plant Department policies and procedures to ensure availability targets and budget are achieved.
  • Lead, organize and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results.
  • Plan and co-ordinate an effective repair and service of equipment to achieve department goal by availability 90%, MTBS 60 hours and MTTR 6 hours.
  • Reduce unnecessary expenditure and costs in order to achieve maximum efficiency and profitability in all areas within the Plant Department.
  • Ensure cost effective by reduce the down time and rework.
  • Give support to your direct reports, in counselling and disciplinary matters
  • Acknowledge and encourage good performance and loyalty to the company
  • Resolve personal issues relating to the field and workshop crews

What skills and experience do you need?

  • Minimum Senior High School / Technical High School
  • Minimum 5 years in Electrical Supervision
  • People handling skill diagnostic skills in all aspects of electrical repairs.
  • Electrical repair experience in Auto Electric including HV & HVAC electric system
  • Delegation of responsibilities; Maximising performance; Computer literacy

 

Supervisor Lifting (926745)

(GBU)

Some of your duties will include:

  • Ensure to accurate the completion of daily lifting report before end of shift every day.
  • Ensure all WO's open status related to lifting equipment being organized & to make sure all WOs are controlled and closed if the job has been done.
  • Ensure all break down machine are reported in OCDC, and all information repair description, coding, start and finish have been filled in OCDC correctly.
  • Prepare parts equipment and manpower for planned work and shutdown days, Ensure all lifting support are well maintained.
  • Investigation and reporting of all accident damage to all equipment in the field and associated area.
  • Communication and reporting. Ensure maximum communication levels are maintained between workshop and operations personnel regarding breakdowns safety issues, and prioritizing of equipment repairs.
  • Make a safe working environment for all employees by ensuring all activities are carry out according to the work procedures in the TMS, JSEAs are relevant and all hazards are controlled.
  • Ensure that there is no impact for the environment from the activities that are carried out to operate and repair equipment by ensuring that the procedures in the TGS are followed.
  • Ensure that all maintenance tasks are carried out in a safe and make sure subordinate understand of our objectives and Thiess policies, and address all safety information to crew.

What skills and experience do you need?

  • Minimum Senior High School or University Degree
  • Minimum 5 Year Experience in Lifting Activity
  • Experience to conduct Lifting Study
  • Hold certified as instructor of Mobile & Lifting Equipment, Crane Operator & Rigger
  • Hold certified as Manlift Operator by BNSP (Lisensi K3 Pesawat Angkat & Angkut)
  • Computer and site regulation, Knowledge about leadership and interpersonal, Communication skills, Building relationships, planning and organising
  • Delegation of responsibilities; Maximising performance; Computer literacy

 

Senior Supervisor Mechanic (HE Section) (926746)

(GBU)

Some of your duties will include:

  • To ensure that the Maintenance Department goals are achieved MA>90 %, MTBS>60 hours Zero LTI, by following the procedures which are set up in Company Management System.
  • Communication and reporting. Ensure maximum communication levels are maintained between workshop and operations personnel regarding breakdowns safety issues, and prioritizing of equipment repairs.
  • Ensure to accurate the completion of daily breakdown report for reviewing by the Senior Supervisor before end of shift every day.
  • Analysis of component condition and recommendation of parts required. Ensure that the correct procedures are used when breakdowns and failures troubleshooting.
  • Ensure all WOs open status have been compared with current break down equipment to make sure all WOs are controlled and closed if the job has been done.
  • Review DOOD (Daily Outstanding Operator Defect), SOS report, mechanical inspection are analysed and reviewed and also ensure it is submitted in daily complete with the part recommendation. Ensure the mechanic raises the list of part recommended accurately to address all backlog, breakdowns and planned maintenance.
  • Ensure all break down machine are reported in OCDC, and all information repair description, coding, start and finish have been filled in OCDC correctly.
  • Prepare parts equipment and manpower for planned work and shutdown days, Ensure all repairs are carried out in an effective cost and timely manner.
  • Investigation and reporting of all accident damage to all equipment in the field and associated area, this is included with the operator abuse.
  • Make a safe working environment for all employees by ensuring all activities are carry out according to the work procedures in the Company Management System, JSEAs are relevant and all hazards are controlled.
  • Ensure that there is no impact for the environment from the activities that are carried out to operate and repair equipment by ensuring that the procedures in the Company Management System are followed.
  • Ensure that all maintenance tasks are carried out in a safe and make sure subordinate understand of our objectives and Thiess policies, and address all safety information to crew.
  • Ensure all the disciplinary actions are issued as required in accordance with the GBU Mine Regulations.

What skills and experience do you need?

  • Minimum Senior High School, Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Trade Specialist is preferred; requires a minimum 8 years' professional experience in similar role as Senior Supervisor Mechanic with relevant qualification in Mechanical & Auto Electrical HE Repair and Plant Supervision in mining industry, planning of daily shut down schedule and breakdown repair; mechanical & auto electrical repair experience in experience in Big Digger unit : Liebherr, Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi ; handling diagnostic skill in all aspects of electrical repairs;
  • Repair and maintain medium and heavy duty equipment
  • Have a certain capacity of communication with supervision and mechanic

Officer Community Relation (926704)

Some of your duties will include:

  • Assist Superintendent HR in the planning & implementation of community program
  • Actively control the relationship between the company and communities around mine
  • Contribute to a positive teamwork environment at any time
  • Make a Community development program by looking at the potential of the region by the following thiess procedure
  • Coordinate and communicate with the community, groups, organizations of community, government agencies and military / police institutions including establishing communication / coordination with contractors and owner
  • Maintaining close contacts with the local government, manpower department, police officials, BPJS, government legislative to get support to solve all the problem which related with community and employees

What skills and experience do you need?

  • Have minimum university degree with any major and having minimum 5 years experiences in mining area dealing with community / security issues
  • have a good understanding of HR & IR exposure
  • IT Literacy
  • OHS&E requirements Legislative and statutory requirements
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills; Strong Mentoring skills; Good analytical skills; Strong communication and negotiation skills;
