Operation Manager

We are looking for

Operation Manager

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree
• Experience in EPCI Oil & Gas and Marine company
• Min 10 years experiences as operation manager
• Have strong marine backgrounds is a must
• Experience in dealing with pipe lay vessels and heavy lay vessels
• Fluent in English
• Good analytical thinking, proactive, detail
• Good at making strategy and planning in preparing and realizing the company's targets

Responsibilities:

• Assist in all issues in the company relating to operation and financial as instructed by VP Director
• Assist VP Director in the Joint Venture Company
• Actively contributing and participating in overcoming special problems faced by the company so that operations are not disrupted
• Plan, control, and analyze the movement of the operational daily activities in coordination with all related parties, both internal and external
• Plan and monitor the implementation of systems / procedures / manuals, and take corrective actions if needed
• Plan and make operational budget
• Coordinate to carry out monthly inspections to ensure that the standards set by the company have been met
• Ensuring the operational department can work efficient and effective
• Actively contributing to the achievement of the company's overall strategic and operational objectives
• Make a weekly, monthly, and annual report to VP Director
