IT ANALYST AT SMM

1. Create & routing PRIT (Process PR IT for all Business Unit), Monitoring PR & PO release
2. Following up PR approval and pending/outstanding PO, report progress PR & PO
3. Handle IT Contract / AMS renewal
4. Ensure the efficiency budget & give approval on spendcom
5. Formulate a yearly budget for all mining Business Unit
6. Analyze and control PR-PO creations & SLA within a year

IT analyst(s) are responsible for optimization of work process. They work as a bridge between application, tech infrastructure and business.

Additionally, they also help the team to plan the budget for the implementation of defined measures.
