PT Marunda Grahamineral (mgmcoal) is a premium producer of semi-soft coking and ultra-high energy thermal coals. We are serving customers domestically and overseas. We operate open pit mines and barging in Menyango, Jamut and Bangkuang, on the island of Kalimantan in Indonesia

CHF ME Maintenance Superintendent
Main Responsibility
Plan, manage and control maintenance and repair activities for operational work equipment such as heavy equipment, light equipment, generators, conveyors, jib cranes and supporting infrastructure at the Coal Handling Facility (CHF) site to ensure operations run.
- Prepare the maintenance department's work budget and realize the approved work budget to ensure cost effectiveness and efficiency
- Manage and control the performance of human resources in the Maintenance unit
- Perform predictive and preventive maintenance for heavy and light equipment and supporting infrastructure
- Develop a maintenance schedule for heavy and light equipment and supporting infrastructure
- Evaluating the usefulness of work tools, both heavy equipment, power plants and infrastructur
- Prepare data, documents and reports related to maintenance and repair activities for operational work tools and supporting infrastructure facilities
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent qualification
- At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Understand English for engineering
- Required Skill(s): HE Maintenance, Electrical equipment, Trouble Shooting,Maintenance Schedulling
- Have knowledge of crusher equipment, inventory management, basic knowledge of K3 & Environment
